BATMAN is currently in a high kill shelter in Georgia and is hoping to catch a ride on 2/8/25 with Mutt Life Dog Rescue to Cedarburg WI, but needs an ADOPTER or FOSTER to secure his spot! Please apply to foster or adopt on our website: www.muttlife.org ABOUT: BATMAN is a super cute and sweet pup who is looking for a new start in WI. He was found as a stray in rural Georgia with his 6 other litter mates. He is a super friendly and sweet pup. The pups look to be 4 months old and are all large- thinking Great Pyrenees mix of some kind. BATMAN will probably grow to be a big boy around 100 lbs or so. __________ All of our dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heart worm prevention, and are heart worm tested prior to adoption if age appropriate. __________ Review adoption requirements and ensure you meet the necessary criteria to apply! https://www.muttlife.org/adoption-policies _________ ADOPTION PROCESS: 1.) Apply: Fill out adoption application completely and submit all necessary documents. 2.)Application Decision: approved applicants will be notified via phone call and email. ​3.)Foster-to-Adopt Trial Period: after approval, you have the opportunity to do a meet and greet and bring your dog home! You get a 5 day foster-to-adopt (FTA) period to make sure its the right fit. 4.) Final Decision: By the end of the FTA period, please let us know your final decision to adopt or return the dog to our rescue. 5.) Home Visit: After the adoption process we conduct a home visit either in person or via zoom meeting to ensure that everything is going well with the transition and to answer any final questions you may have. 6.) Neuter/spay for puppies: if dogs are adopted prior to 6 months of age and are not neutered/spayed yet, we will work with you to coordinate an appointment with one of our veterinary clinic partners or you can go through your vet and we will give you a partial adoption fee reimbursement of $100. **Note: Adoptions are not considered final until the dog is neutered/spayed if applicable**
