Story
Doe is a pretty, lovable Red Heeler mix who was born around October 15, 2024. If you need the sound of puppy feet in your home, and cheek to cheek cuddles, this girl is for you! She spends her time with her foster mom, siblings and the Rescue's Auntie dog who is skilled at teaching young puppies everything they need to know about being a well balanced dog. This pup has a medium energy level and has been fun and easy to care for. She does well with her kennel training, ready for a quiet place to nap! She has started vaccinations, dewormer and is micro chipped. Please fill out an official application at emotionalrescuedogs.org. ##2254473##

Story
Welcome Daisey to CCPAL foster program. She is an 8-year-old Dachshund/Corgi is our best guess. She has a longer body and upright ears. She is a scenting breed for sure. She is active and social and not the couch potato dog. She weighs 25 pounds. She is good with a dog smaller and a dog larger. The larger dog is a pit Bull and she does good with that more dominant dog as well. She is around children and is a great dog for a family with kiddos. She has a 5 year old and a baby in her home. This family has found they have to move into a rental house. The rental house will only allow 2 dogs. They are sad but there is no other option. Pit Bulls are tougher to rehome so she is rehoming her favorite dog. She was crying telling this story. Daisey is potty trained, good on a leash, good in a car, good with other dogs, kids and strangers. She will need a fenced yard or walked on a leash. She can catch a scent and wonder off. She has a nice sturdy body and will make a great companion for an active family or active senior. She can be an only dog or go with another dog. This dog has a lot of good years in front of her and is by no means an old acting dog. She is in good health, vaccinated, spayed and ready for her forever home. She is a shedding dog but only moderately. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to help get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org/ See her cute video. https://youtu.be/eMLzAJO7uxM

While they aren’t technically a bonded pair, these boys have been together their entire lives, and Underdog would love to see them find a forever home together.   Squirt   is a blind adventurer who doesn’t let his lack of sight slow him down one bit. This resilient pup has mastered the art of communicating with his humans. Need something? Squirt will let you know. Got it wrong? He’ll let you know that, too! He’s full of spirit and determination, proving every day that life is for living, no matter what.   Squish  , on the other hand, is your classic playful Dachshund with an adorable attitude to match. He loves to play, explore, and charm everyone he meets with his spunky personality. He’s a little comedian with a tail wag that never quits!   Together, these boys enjoy the finer things in life: playing, snuggling, eating dinner, and perfecting the art of being lazy. They balance each other out beautifully—Squirt’s tenacity and Squish’s playful spirit make them the perfect pair to brighten your days.   If you’re ready to open your heart and home to this delightful duo, you’ll be rewarded with endless love, laughter, and snuggles. This will be at the adopter’s expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses.
