Story
Nola Bean is a very sweet purebred Miniature Pinscher. Three, almost four years old. She was born on Christmas Day. She has Addison’s disease, so requires a daily dose of medication orally, as well as a monthly percortin injection at the vet. Should you be staying in the New Orleans area, we are happy to refer you to her current vet. She’s very used to this routine. She has lived with other dogs and cats, and is mostly indifferent when it comes to pet siblings. She is not a huge fan of small children. She likes to snuggle and burrow under blankets.

Story
I’m Avi. They say I’m a dachshund but I have these crazy long legs. I’m a little shy in the beginning but look out when I warm up. My foster says I must have had a good life at some point because I came with talents. Just check out my picture with me catching treats in the air! I enjoy going for walks and get along with other dogs. I’m an active 13 year old with no health issues. I came from a domestic violence and do best in a gentle and loving home. Story
JoJo BioHi world, I’m Mighty Joe Young but my fosters call me Sir Joseph or JoJo for short. I’m a dapper 12 year old dachshund mix and I unfortunately found my way into foster after my owner passed away but I don’t let that keep me down. I’m a spry senior gentleman with lots of life left to share with my new forever home! I weigh 13 lbs, am neutered and up to date on shots. I love walks in the park and do well on leash. I do great with other dogs and people but I get excited and like to bark at the cat. I loooove playing with squeaky toys and will bring them to you to play fetch. If you’re looking for a pint sized companion who’s house trained with good manners and medium to low energy then I’m your guy! I love to beg for snacks and keep my people company around the house, whether it’s doing chores or napping on the couch together. I can’t wait to meet you!
