Story
Rory is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian.Rory is a very sweet by nature dog. He loves to cuddle up under a blanket and is very loyal to his owner. While he is older and more than content snuggling up and watching a show, he does still have a little bit of a playful nature to him. Rory is best suited for a home without kids. He is very protective of our family and does awesome with my own kids. However, he is definitely a dog that feels a need to protect the household and can show signs of aggression when other kids and people are in our home and feels that his family is being threatened whether there is a legitimate threat or not. I have had Rory for 9 years and he is a great dog. The only reason I am considering rehoming him is because his overly protective nature impedes my kids being able to have friends visit without causing Rory to experience anxiety. He is very anxious by nature. He mostly gets along very well with other dogs but occasionally another dog can rub him the wrong way.If you would like to inquire into adopting this pet, PLEASE TEXT OR CALL 812-484-2207***Please ignore the Apply to Adopt button for this pet & contact the owner directly***

Story
THIS LOVING BONDED PAIR STILL LOOKING FOR THEIR FOREVER HOME. THEY ARE YOUNG SO ENJOY PLAYING AND LOVE BEING CLOSE TO YOU. IF YOU ARE WANTING AN AWESOME PAIR, LOOK NO FURTHER. Coco is part of a bonded mother/daughter pair. Their owner passed and when the foster took them in, Princess, the daughter was pregnant. I have updated all vaccinations and Princess is now spayed as is Coco. They will use a pee pad and will potty outside if able to get outside to go. Coco is more reserved but both are lap dogs once they know you. They have been around little dogs (senior yorkies) without issue and at the vet, Princess didn't show interest in the cat, but Coco hasn't been cat tested. We would not recommend kids under 6 yrs as kids are learning boundaries. They cannot be separated. Would prefer a fenced yard just so they can play off leash. Princess is a min pin/chi mix, about 2 yrs old. Coco is a min pin mix and seems to really enjoy men and Princess likes whoever is available!
