Maizy is a super sweet almost 3 year old lab/pointer cross. She loves to cuddle and lounge with people, and loves to run and relax outside. She was born end of December/beginning of January 2022. She spends most of her time outside in nice weather, and she is crate trained, potty trained, knows basic commands, and uses a dog door. She has never show aggression towards people, and is good with kids. She has been started on bird hunting training. She does not get along with cats or chickens, and another female dog we have has started fighting with her. Before that, she played and interacted fine with the other female dog. Story
*** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, FOSTER, or FOSTER TO ADOPT *** Meet Jackson! He is currently in our P.A.C.K. Program, a 9-week intensive program for routine obedience, agility, and handling training with a prison inmate trainer and he is almost ready to show off his new skills! His new abilities include 'sit', 'wave', 'shake' and more! New adopters should realize that PACK Program graduates will require regular, ongoing reinforcement of learned behaviors in order for them to become permanent. Jackson is a dog that loves love! He really wants attention and cuddles from his people. He has done well with the other dogs at PACK too, but can be a bit overbearing with his play sometimes. He is constantly working on controlling his excitment, but needs a firm reminder from time to time. He is very treat motivated & it helps him listen and learn new commands and tricks. Since his play can be a bit overwhelming and rough, we suggest Jackson doesn't go to a home with kids under 10. He is house trained and kennel trained. In his previous foster home, he mastered the doggie door. He has been good in his kennel when he is left alone, but he's also been trusted to not be kenneled and has done well too. We don't have any history of Jackson living with cats. He was so-so when he met a cat with us. If you have a cat and are interested in Jackson, we'd gladly reintroduce him to some and see how he does. Jackson does have bursts of high energy, and we recommend he gets ample amounts of daily exercise. Once he gets an outlet for his energy, he is a cuddly dog who will enjoy the cold months of Wyoming with his person. He'll graduate mid-January, so apply today!

Story
Meet Bella! Bella loves to take long walks with her humans, she use to live with other dogs but now is stressed out by them. She tends to be a little dog selective, and it will depend on the other dog, if she is going to like them or not. She might enjoy dog friends, but maybe not sharing her home with them. She is very affectionate with her people and would love to show you how much she enjoys a forever home and family. She can be a bit leary of smaller children, and is not sure how to act appropriately around them. It is best she is in a home without small children. Bella is great on a leash and enjoys playing with cats, although she may not realize if she's being too rough. We recommend that she goes to a home with no cats or only cats who are comfortable around dogs and understand her playful nature. Come meet Bella, today!

Story
Pickles is a three-year-old lab mix. She is loving, energetic, and full of personality. She enjoys walks and hikes and playing fetch with her toys (or keeping away, depending on the day), but her favorite hobby is sniffing everything she can get her nose to. As a smart dog, she knows the basic commands like sit, stay, and lay down. She also knows "go to bed," "kennel up," "outside," "treat," and others, along with a few tricks.  Her ideal home is one with a backyard; she can live with another pet so long as that pet is receptive.  November 19, 2024, 6:23 pm

Story
Rowena is a sweet and loving dog! We adopted her from a local rescue shelter when she was six months old. She is now three but still very puppy. She has basic training, is house trained, walks well on a leash, is a great running partner, and a super snuggler. She is good with dogs her size or bigger but has bitten smaller dogs. She would do best as the only animal in the house. She has shown aggressive tendencies towards kiddos on two occasions (snarl, bare teeth) but never done anything physical. She would benefit from older kiddos in a home. She has been a wonderful part of our family and we did not come to this decision lightly. As such, we are searching for an amazing new family that she will thrive in and be loved.

Story
I got my pet when he was just a month old from a friend, and he’s grown into an amazing companion. At one year old, he’s full of energy, incredibly athletic, and impressively smart. He listens well and has a sweet and friendly personality that makes him easy to love. I’m looking for someone who is truly passionate about animals, someone who will give him the care, attention, and active lifestyle he thrives on. He deserves a loving home where he can continue to grow and bring joy to those around him.
