Story
Benji is truly a unique one a kind boy. He has a lot of feelings and he doesn’t quite know how to express them. He’s very sensitive. Benji is beyond goofy, he loves to run around and play. He can take rough housing a little too far but it’s only because he gets very excited. He doesn’t quite realize his size. He gets the zoomies often. The boy loves food. He will eat anything. However. He becomes territorial with food. He needs to be fed behind a baby gate or in a separate room. He knows this and is very easily trained. Benji enjoys rough housing and would do best with other larger dogs or playful owners Anxiety/ aggression issues with new things/ food. He has started taking Reconcile (Prozac) for anxiety. Very playful yet super lazy dog who deserves the world. As long as you’re patient with him he will be your companion for life. And snuggle on the couch all day long.

We are on a mission to find Hailey Bean the "forever-ever" home she deserves—someone who will appreciate her soulful eyes, her "toofers," and her very... unique... sleeping positions. Who is Hailey Bean? Hailey is a gorgeous Shepherd/Black Mouth Cur mix—basically the "All-American" dog. She’s got that classic golden coat, an athletic build, and a face that says, "I’m listening," even when she’s clearly just thinking about snacks. The "Bean" Facts: The Tug-of-War Champ: If you have a heavy rubber tug toy and a little bit of arm strength, you’ve found her favorite hobby. She lives for a good game of tug and is an underrated athlete when it comes to playing catch. Will Work for Treats: Hailey is incredibly smart and eager to please. Story
•Potty-trained •Crate-trained •Good with dogs •Medium energy Logan is the sweetest and most loyal boy looking for a family to love him forever. He has an adorable silly side. He is about 4 years old and 45 lbs. Logan loves other dogs! He especially enjoys to play with dogs that are similar size to him (medium & large) but he does great with smaller dogs too. Dogs help Logan feel safer and more confident in a home setting, so he is hoping for a home that has another dog to be his buddy and companion. Because of Logan's past life before rescue, he can be a bit shy when first meeting new humans. But he adjusts quickly with a little love and patience (and treats!) He does great on car rides and enjoys going to work with his foster mom (he's a very hard worker) His favorite activity is fetch and he will gently return his squeaky toy for you to throw. He could play fetch literally all day long. He also LOVES water and enjoys swimming in his foster's pool. He confidently jumps in the pool to fetch his toys. Logan shows his gratitude and will quite literally love you forever if you give him a chance. If you are interested in learning more or meeting Logan, please fill out the adoption application listed on our website: www.savingsouthtexas.com/adoptables
