Story
We found these lovely twins abandoned on the side of the road not too far from our home. We already a house full of dogs but didn’t have the heart to leave these girls behind. We cleaned them up got them checked up and all was well. They are great dogs, very smart, crate trained and potty trained. They have lots of energy and they love to play and they love attention too. Great with little kids, they are so loving. We wish we could keep them but we have several other pets already and just don’t have the room for them. We hope someone can take both but we get it if you are only interested in one. They definitely will do best with a companion with their playful spirits.

Story
Chance is a sweet, loving, and smart boy. He is strong. Too strong for me for I have MS and a seizure issue and my elderly mom who I live with is 80 years old. I found a Chance a year and a half ago and was going to bring him home and find a home for him, but got sick and never did. Now I need to rehome my sweet boy because I just can’t keep him. Chance is about two years old. I got him fixed, chipped and his shots at Texas Heart Heros.

Story
Have sisters that are competing with each other and get into fights. Both get along with our Australian Shepherd very well, just not with each other. We got Hattie after we had her sister so she was selected to go. Would love to keep her she is very loving and sweet but they have been in two fights in the last month so one has to go.

Story
Frida was found in the middle of the road in Victoria, Texas.    She was near a Sonic so the employees were giving her hotdogs.   She’s super sweet and very much has a Labrador’s disposition. She gets the zoomies and can run wild in the backyard!    She doesn’t really pay attention to other dogs so would be fine in a home with one. She’s met calm cats and doesn’t react to them at all.    She has not met any children but we believe she would do well with them.  July 2, 2024, 11:01 pm

Story
We got a call that 13 puppies and two moms were at risk of being brutally killed on a property in San Diego, Texas. They were reportedly dumped on a ranch and were killing the chickens.    Thankfully we found two rescue to take the babies and one mom, but Nana still needs a home!    She is very timid which makes sense considering her background.    She’s learning it’s okay to go in the house and that humans aren’t so scary.    Nana loves a good belly rub and will immediately roll over if she knows you’re going to give her one.    She has met other dogs (outside of the ones she was rescued with) and doesn’t show any aggression, but she’s cautious and probably hasn’t been around other dogs very much, if at all.    If you’re looking for a super sweet girl and have patience and understand that she will take time to feel comfortable, Nana might be the girl for you!  July 2, 2024, 11:01 pm

Story
Evella (5) and Skellington are the absolute most loving dogs with nothing but love in their huge hearts to give. They are truly best buds; NEVER fight or are territorial towards one another, always together often laying together, and just love doing everything together. Skellington (65 lbs brindle) is a little more timid with first encounters until about 20 mins later unlike Evella where everyone is a new best friend to pet her! Skellington dances for food, like little toys, and love walks especially if shallow water is involved. Evella loves PETS, above food food, playing with other dogs at dog parks, etc. neither has never been in a confrontation home or out. They’ve lived with two other dogs that were also family member buddies to them. They love children, other animals, you name it! House broken and all! They just need a home with people home more often to live than I can give them after my split with my ex. I truly want the best for these two love creatures! Come meet them!

Story
Daisy is an 82lb, personality filled Lab Pit mix who was adopted 4 years ago in College Station when she was 6 to 12 months old. She was severely mistreated, but this female warrior with a big girl bark has made it a long, long way. She currently is not for kids, uneasy people, or men in hats or sunglasses (she is slowly working out her hats and sunglasses fear). Daisy is uptight during storms, but she’s much better if you let her go dance in the rain. Dogs of all sizes are fun playmates for Daisy, she will pounce at them like a cat. If you let her, Daisy will eat from your hand or fork like a well trained debutante. Daisy also likes occasional alone time willingly in her kennel, called home. She needs sound when you leave the house. Daisy enjoy toys and tennis balls, and fully exercises herself in a yard. I haven’t employed firm set times for eating or going out, so they should do well adapting to your schedule.

Story
I am looking to rehome my 2 year old Golden Retriever. His name is Boris and he is 95% love and affection. However, he will snap on us without any provocation, biting and attacking. We have tried training with Bark Busters, and he has lifetime training with them that carries with him. We just cannot take the chance of continuing to home him because we have a 9 year old son whose safety has to take priority.
