Story
BARKLEY is a real sweetheart. He is a delightful Texas Blend, maybe with a small Lab mix. His two siblings and himself came to us as puppies but they both are long adopted. Somehow, Barkley got overlooked and is now past the “cute and small puppy” stage. However, he still loves to play with other puppies and run around with toys in his mouth. His home is on the ranchette with several other dog friends; a home with a dog buddy would be best to show him doggie ways and to model joy/things to be excited about – like walks are fun and for sniffing and show him how to do things . He is super smart, listens well, and loves to cuddle on you. He is food and treat motivated, so will be easily trainable; he will need weighted bowl so that he can eat in a way that is he comfortable/familiar with. He likes having a crate/den area easily accessible so he could feel secure. He will need housetraining reinforcement. It is Barkley’s turn to get out of foster care. He really belongs in a loving home, with his forever family. Can you have it in your heart to give him one soon please? Barkley spent a month of training at Bobbi Colorado’s Canine Camp. Currently, he is undergoing a month-long refresher course. We all know that this kind of training does not come cheap. We invested in this training, as we do not wish for him to grow up in a "shelter" environment forever. If you are an active family who loves walks, runs, or just the outdoors, Barkley is the one for you all. Go to our website for more pictures of Barkley. We require a home in the Austin metro area with a privacy fenced yard, and children over 8. Barkley’s adoption fee of $250.00 covers his vet exam, age appropriate vaccinations, fecal test, dewormer, heart worm preventative, neuter procedure, and microchip.

Details
Good with kids, Not good with dogs, Good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Trek is around 8-9 years old with plenty of years left in home and very jubilant. He is a cuddle bug and loves to just lay calmly next to you. He is well trained but a tiny bit anxious. He does not like fireworks. We have a new baby in the family and although trek is good with people and kids he can get a bit anxious and snappy around little ones and we just don’t want to take the risk with 2 young ones in the house now. Trek is hit or miss with dogs, he does not seek out a fight but if another dog is defensive or anxious it makes him anxious. Has been to the dog park plenty of times but can get in a tussle. Does completely fine living with other dogs after some visits.

Story
This is Apollo I rescued him from the border during Christmas time. He is timid at first but will warm up and is friendly with other dogs(we have a golden he plays with him.) he is a sweet boy he is potty trained and is the perfect mixture of lazy and playful. He does well in car rides and I took him to the vet and got him all his shots. I can’t take care of him because he likes to chew on things and I don’t have the time to crate train him as I’m gone all day but he does well in the crate he sleeps and finds the crate to be his comfortable spot to lounge I just can’t take care of another dog right now it’s a lot but I am happy I took him out of the situation he was in. Please message me if you would like to adopt Apollo or have any questions Also he has no microchip and had been posted on Facebook multiple times by other people and no claimed him. Unfortunately by the border there is strays everywhere because people dump them there :(

Story
Meet Hailey Bean: Part Dog, Part Professional Napper, Total Lovebug It’s a tough season for the Bean. Her family is moving and, heartbreakingly, they can’t take her along. We are on a mission to find Hailey Bean the "forever-ever" home she deserves—someone who will appreciate her soulful eyes, her "toofers," and her very... unique... sleeping positions. Who is Hailey Bean? Hailey is a gorgeous Shepherd/Black Mouth Cur mix—basically the "All-American" dog. She’s got that classic golden coat, an athletic build, and a face that says, "I’m listening," even when she’s clearly just thinking about snacks. The "Bean" Facts: The Tug-of-War Champ: If you have a heavy rubber tug toy and a little bit of arm strength, you’ve found her favorite hobby. She lives for a good game of tug and is an underrated athlete when it comes to playing catch. Will Work for Treats: Hailey is incredibly smart and eager to please. She is already crate trained and pee-pad trained, and while she’s a pro at being a
