Story
Sassy is a young adult female Labrador mix with a story that tugs at the heart — and a personality that quickly steals it. She was found abandoned outside our shelter in a crate, with two bags of her belongings left beside her. Understandably scared and overwhelmed, Sassy greeted the world with growls at first, unsure who she could trust. It didn’t take long for her true self to shine through. Within just one day, Sassy began to blossom into a cautious but goofy, incredibly loving girl who wants nothing more than to be close to her people. She has zero concept of personal space and would happily crawl into your skin if she could. Affection is her love language, and once she trusts you, she gives her whole heart. Sassy can get overstimulated or frustrated at times, and when that happens, she’s not shy about expressing herself — including the occasional dramatic paw “slap” to let you know she’s had enough. Because of this, she would do best with adopters who understand canine body language and can help her navigate big feelings with calm guidance and structure. Sassy is looking for a patient, loving home where she can continue to feel safe, secure, and truly wanted. With consistency, understanding, and plenty of affection, this goofy, loyal girl will make an incredible companion — one who loves hard and lives even harder.

Story
Lucy is a lovely blonde Labrador mix with a slender, athletic build and a sweet, affectionate personality. She’s a bright, food-motivated young adult who thrives on attention, training, and interaction. Lucy has previously lived with both dogs and cats and seems to enjoy the company of other animals, making her a wonderfully social companion. Like many clever young dogs, Lucy can get bored if she doesn’t have enough mental stimulation. She has a tendency to tear up stuffies and thick blankets when left without outlets for her energy and curiosity — a sure sign that she needs engaging activities, toys, and enrichment to stay happy. With proper guidance, training, and plenty of play, Lucy’s fun-loving and eager-to-please personality really shines. Lucy would do best in a home that can give her regular exercise, interactive toys, and consistent attention. She’s attentive, trainable, and ready to blossom in an environment where her intelligence and playful energy are appreciated. If you’re looking for a dog who’s affectionate, social, and full of life, Lucy could be the perfect addition to your family.

Story
🐾 Meet Snickers 🐾 1-year-old spayed female Lab mix Snickers came to us as a stray, and while no owner came forward for her, we’re sure her person is still out there — somewhere special, just waiting to find her. This beautiful girl can be a little shy at first and may seem a bit shut down when meeting new people. But give her a little patience and kindness, and you’ll see her true colors shine. Once she feels safe, Snickers transforms into a bundle of wiggles, tail wags, and pure joy! In true Lab fashion, Snickers is a big fan of treats (isn’t every Lab?) and she’s a fetch master — seriously, she could play all day. And once you earn her trust, she’ll be your loyal shadow for life. And can we talk about that sit?! Absolutely stellar. ⭐ This smart girl is eager to learn and would love a family who will keep building on her training and confidence. 🩺 Adoption Fee: $300 Her adoption fee includes: ✔ Spay ✔ Microchip ✔ Started on her core vaccination schedule ✔ Deworming Snickers is ready to find a calm, patient home where she can continue to blossom into the confident, happy dog she’s meant to be. Could that be with you? 🐶💛
