Story
Please welcome Conrad to PK! This stunning boy is around 6 months old and has the most amazing eyes! Conrad is a chocolate labrador retriever and terrier mix. He currently weighs 28 lbs., so we think he’ll be medium sized once full grown. Conrad was transferred to PK from another rescue and is all ready to move on to his forever home! This little boy is full of energy so be ready for lots of activity! He loves, loves, loves to play with his doggie friends. He’s friendly and outgoing. Conrad is still working on potty-training and learning how to walk well on a leash. He’ll need a family that is willing to teach him good-boy manners. Conrad would be great in a home with other dogs and kids, too. We can test him to see how he does with kitty friends, if requested. Visit lvpeaceablekingdom.info to apply to adopt Conrad. Story
Meet Toby, a 1-year-old Labrador Retriever, shepherd, and Blue Heeler mix who weighs 26 lbs. Toby was surrendered with his brothers. They have not had much socialization and are still learning much about the world. They are extremely high flight risks and therefore must be with a family who can ensure secure surroundings (e.g., fenced yard, closed gates, no open doors, etc.). Toby enjoys the company of other dogs and would benefit from living with another confident dog. He would be fine with responsible, older children who will respect his needs as he settles into his new home. He can be cat-tested upon request. Toby is shy and hesitant around people but is coming out of his shell quickly! Toby will need a home where he is given the time to build confidence, but we are certain he’ll turn into a loving companion! Apply for Toby at lvpeaceablekingdom.info. Story
Meet Bob, a 1-year-old Labrador Retriever, shepherd, and Blue Heeler mix who weighs 30 lbs. Bob was surrendered with his brothers. They have not had much socialization and are still learning much about the world. They are extremely high flight risks and therefore must be with a family who can ensure secure surroundings (e.g., fenced yard, closed gates, no open doors, etc.). Bob enjoys the company of other dogs and would benefit from living with another confident dog. He would be fine with responsible, older children who will respect his needs as he settles into his new home. He can be cat-tested upon request. Bob is very shy and nervous around people. You can tell he wants to receive affection but is unsure. Bob will need a home where he is given the time and patience to adjust. There is a super sweet and affectionate puppy in there—Bob just needs time to come out of his shell! Apply for Bob at lvpeaceablekingdom.info. Story
Rocky & his running buddy, were left on the streets to fend for themselves. They had been wandering around that neighborhood for a while and befriended a kind business owner who made sure they did not go hungry. Thanks to that Good Samaritan who gained their trust, they were taken in & have been in foster care since. He has gained 20 pounds since then and is doing great! He is approx 3 years old & is fully vetted. As you can see in the video, he is a loving playful pup. Rocky is a completely gorgeous guy, both inside and out! He is full of love and is always in a carefree good mood. His furever family is going to be lucky beyond belief. If you are interested in learning more about this really sweet and deserving boy, please feel free to text or call Alecia Clark, @ 901-486-2850. We are a rescue organization located with our dogs in Tennessee and have weekly transport available for our pups to relocate up north with their new forever families. His adoption fee of $275 includes his vaccinations, neuter, microchip and his transport to his new furever home. Since a meet and greet is not possible prior to adoption, our adopters make their decision to adopt based on pictures, videos and talking to the foster parent. We will do everything possible to make sure he is the perfect match for you and your family & will be with you every step of the way.
