Remember Ebby! Our Sweet Soul is Ready for Her Forever Home Ebby is a beautiful 7-year-old girl who has been through so much in her life, yet still manages to love and trust humans with her whole heart. When she was rescued, it was clear that Ebby had endured brutal attacks, with scarring all over her body and bites from previous trauma. Despite her painful past, Ebby remains a gentle and affectionate sweetie who is ready to put it all behind her and find the loving family she deserves. She is the perfect companion. Crate trained, housebroken, and walks beautifully on a leash! LOVES being around people and has a heart full of love to give. Enjoys relaxing, lounging, and being close to her humans, so she would thrive in a home where she can unwind and enjoy some quiet time. Having another calm, older dog who shares her laid-back nature would be good pairing. She is now a healthy 80 lbs, is spayed, and up to date on her vaccinations. Her Christmas wish is simple: a family of her own who will love her unconditionally and ensure that she never faces harm again. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion who just wants to snuggle and relax by your side, Ebby may be the perfect fit for you. Please consider opening your heart and home to this wonderful girl who deserves nothing less than a lifetime of love and peace. Story
This is Duke. Duke is best defined as a good boy. He loves playing, sticks, and having his ears rubbed. Duke is a very loyal dog that would love someone to go on long walks with, but he's also down to just lay around and relax. Duke has excelled at his crate training. He sleeps in his crate overnight with no issues. He also goes in his crate if his fosters are gone for extended periods of time, and he does this with no complaints, other than some puppy dog eyes.  While Duke is not a perfect boy (though we think he’s just so sweet), he is always striving to become a better version of himself! Currently, Duke is learning to share his love of toys without fear of them being taken away forever. His fosters are working on his training, but continued training would help set him up for success and not feel insecure about his beloved toys. Because of this, Duke would thrive best in an area without small children or cats. Paws Across Pittsburgh is also willing to set his future forever family up with training to make sure his skills transfer well to his new home. ##2075206##

Story
Hi, I'm Ruby! My nicknames are Ruby Dooby Doo, Rubes, and Ruby Tuesday. I'm a 2 year-old female with 48lb of love to give you. I'm full grown, fixed, up to date on my shots, and potty trained. I don't know about you but that sounds pretty amazing to me. I'm like, the full package for potential adopters. Speaking of adopters, I *really* want a mommy in my home. Ladies are my favorite, and it may take me a little time to warm up to any guys in the home. The guys just have to be gentle and patient with me. Baby talk helps too. I just need to know they're nice and aren't going to hurt me or my mommy.  These foster people have been taking me out to pet stores and events, which is helping me to work on my social skills. I told my foster mom she could work on hers too - hahah. While I've been out and about socializing, we learned that I get along pretty well with most of the doggies I meet - especially the boys - as long as they're my size (or smaller) and don't want to play 24/7. I love love love to play and wrestle, but I also need my downtime. That being said, I'd prefer a home with at least one other dog - but they should be medium energy. I might be young, but I don't want to play all day everyday. A girl's gotta get her beauty rest to continue to look this good! So, if you have another medium energy doggo or two, we can run around and play and then get a good nap! Hmmm what else? I could live in single family home, duplex, condo, etc but don't think an apartment building is best for me. I'd really love a fenced in yard and/or access to outdoor space. Except I don't want to go walking near busy roads or by loud kids on the playground because that's not relaxing. I'd much rather be one with nature. Then, after our walkies, we can cuddle on the couch together, cause I'm just so good at snuggling and making people happy. And I'm really good at chewing my benebones. Seriously, my ideal day would involve playing with doggie friends, chewing on my bones, and snuggling with my humans. I don't think that list is too demanding, do you? Let me know if you have any questions about what life could be like with me. I am a love bug and I know I'll make someone really happy. Xoxo Ruby ##1886673##
