Story
Hello new friend! I`m Ashdyn and I`m a cute girl that is looking for a new family. I love playing fetch and I know how to drop the ball at your feet. I am great at exploring and I am gentle when taking treats. I have met a couple dogs while at Heartland and I`ve gotta say that not all of them were my favorite. I think I could do okay if I had a dog buddy on walks, however I would rather not have another dog in the home. I can be a strong puller, so ideally someone that can help train me. I`m here whenever you`re ready! My adoption fee is $175 and adoptions are first come, first serve!

Story
Hey there, I`m Ranger, and I`m here to show you just how awesome senior dogs can be! Despite being around 10 years young, I`m still as sprightly as ever, weighing in at a cuddly 50 pounds of pure affection. As a Labrador mix, I`ve got brains and cuteness to show it. Whether it`s learning new tricks or just hanging out with my favorite toys, I`m always up for a good time – especially if treats are involved! Plus, with my keen intellect, I`ll have those commands down in no time. Now, picture this: you and me, out in the great outdoors, exploring the wilderness and soaking up the sunshine. I`d make the perfect camping buddy, ready for hikes and adventures galore! And let`s not forget about fetch – it`s one of my all-time favorite games! I adore being the center of attention, and I prefer to be the only animal in the household. That way, I can soak up all the love and affection just for myself! So, if you`re in search of a loyal companion to join you on life`s adventures, look no further. Come on down and meet me today! My adoption fee is just $90, and I promise to bring endless joy and love into your homeNOTES FROM MY FOSTER MOM: Ranger is so easy - such good company, so reliable when I`m away from home, always happy, so very intelligent and eager to please. He has boundless energy and enthusiasm. He would be a fabulous companion for people who work (because he`s fine by himself) and who like to jog/hike.

Story
Pinkie came to us when our neighbors moved almost 2 years ago. We were not in the market for a dog but wanted to make sure she was well taken care of. Pinkie is extremely human-oriented. She is happy to endlessly cuddle, go for car rides, walks, or lay in the sun. Due to a change in jobs, Pinkie has had to be left alone for long periods of time. She is depressed and has been acting up by getting into the trash, something she never did before. Despite hiring dog walkers and giving her brain-stimulating treats to occupy her in our absence, she is not really living her best life. From a place of deep love and concern over her well being we would like to see her with an individual or family who has the time to dote on her that she needs and deserves. She is great with kids and other pets, rarely barks, stays close by when unleashed, has basic manners and knows basic commands (sit, stay, come). Thanks for considering adding her to your family!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Gorgeous chocolate lab/basset hound mix female puppy.Meet Venus - a cute low-rider pup who is ready for her forever home! Her recent foster mom helped Venus become the best dog she could be. She gets along with cats.  She is mastering potty training and is able to use  pee pads (working on going outside). She does fantastic in the car (but gets a bit nervous getting in and out), and is working on her leash training. See more about sweet Venus below! ---------------- Hi I am Venus! I am just a puppy, and some would say a “low rider”. That means I have short legs; I think that might have come from my dad. I am chocolate brown with a white patch on the chest and lovely green eyes. I am pretty independent and love to run. I like to play with my siblings, I am most often the last one to lay down for a nap there is just too much to do. I learn new things every day, and guess what, I already know how to swim, and I'm pretty good at it! Some things scare me a little bit, but I am curious to find out what it is. Loud noises don’t really bother me. I do react when the other big dogs bark, but I don’t run and hide or anything. I love to give kisses, snuggle and give ear nibbles.  I am quite content to lay back and get a belly rub. If you are looking for a young pup that you can teach to be the best dog, then fill in the application and let's meet soon! Lots of love, Venus More About Venus:  Crate trained for nighttime 3 meals a day still, Costco puppy food, chicken-based kibble with home made wet food or wet pouches She knows her name and will come when called Good in the car, just lays down Strong swimmer, likes the water Likes to dig Plays rough with her siblings Visit this link to submit an application https://woofsandwagsdogrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=3225Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 2, 2024, 12:44 am
