**Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to Portland for you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** Looking for a new playmate for your furry friend? Look no further than Blake Richard! This guy loves to play with dogs of all shapes and sizes. He's a friendly fella who loves nothing more than spending time with his favorite people. He loves going on walks (he is working on his leash skills) and playing with toys. Blake is quiet, sweet, and good at listening to commands. He is house and crate-trained and we think he is good with kids, since he was around them when he was a puppy. If you're looking for a fun addition to your family, adopt Blake today! He is a little over a year old and 55 pounds. We think he is a mix between a lab and a border collie! Interested in becoming a forever home for Blake? Fill out our online adoption application: http://www.friendswithfourpaws.org/adoption-form.html This is the first step in our process, and we don't go any further without an application. Find more adoptable pets, news and information on Instagram @friendswithfourpaws or our Facebook page Friends with Four Paws . We put a lot of time and energy into processing our adoptions to find our babies the best fit home for them and you. Please do not submit an application if you are not serious about adopting. We are so excited to work with you to find you a new forever friend, and appreciate you working with us.For immediate consideration, please attach your application to the initial inquiry to help us expedite the process. Our adoption fee is $525. This includes their spay/neuter surgery, full (age appropriate) vaccinations, microchip insertion and registration, deworming, heartworm testing and prevention, flea and tick prevention and travel expenses. All of our dogs are rescued from local shelters and the general public. Each dog is then placed in a foster home where he/she is kept for quarantine, to ensure if the dog gets sick it can receive proper treatment. We have foster homes in the NJ/NY area waiting to receive their fosters. Once an animal has received an application or there's an adopter interested, we make arrangements for transport. If a dog is already in foster care in NYC/NJ, an adopter will be put in touch with the foster home AFTER an application is being processed. **Please note this is pet is currently out of town pet but we will transport this pet to Portland for you when adopted. All fees listed include transport fees.** Looking for a new fur baby to complete your family? Dusty is your guy. He is a young, energetic, and friendly guy who loves to make new doggo friends! He's always super excited to greet you with his adorable wagging tail and shower you with unconditional love in the form of lots of slobbery kisses. He'll be your very own personal Netflix and snuggle buddy, but also a fun playmate who's always down for an epic game of chase in the park. Dusty is a well-behaved boy who's already house-trained and listens very well. He loves to go on walks and play with his chew toys. What are you waiting for? Adopt Dusty and you'll fall in love with him instantly! He is about a year and a half old and weighs 50 pounds. We think he is part yellow lab mixed with maybe a black mouth cur and pitbull. We call him Dusty Buns, but his government name is Dustin Richard. Interested in becoming a forever home for Dusty? Story
Sadie Mae is a beautiful girl who loves to snuggle with her humans, go for walks and play in the yard. She would be a great dog for the right human - one who can walk her, has a nice yard to play in and the time to play with her. But, she does not do well with other dogs, nor cats or other small animals. So, being an only child with boundaries where she can safely expend her energy would be the ideal spot for her. She is house and kennel trained. Sadie needs spayed - which will be included in her $300 adoption donation. If you are interested in meeting her please fill out an application at sccpets.comIf you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application.November 10, 2025, 10:56 pm
