Meet Vince! Vince originally came into our rescue at 4 days old with his 6 siblings. He was adopted at 12 weeks but unfortunately recently returned. He LOVES to play with other dogs so another pup in the home would definitely be ideal! He is also cat friendly. He does struggle with some house training issues as he was mainly an outside dog at his previous home, but he is working on it and getting better everyday! After you have met the dog you are interested in and decide you would like to adopt we have a two week foster-to-adopt period once he is old enough. This allows you to take the dog home with you and see if this is the perfect fit for your lifestyle! At the end of the two weeks if you decide to adopt, you will then pay the adoption fee, & make it official!

Moe is a good boy, so willing to work and please. We adopted Moe and his littermate brother Curly together. Larry is the cat. He is 6 years old, 88lbs, professionally trained, and has been to the vet regularly his whole life. He is both protective and open to meeting people. He does not really get along well with other dogs and has alpha tendencies which make him a better fit for a single animal home. Moe has never been aggressive with Larry (the cat), but they were raised together. Happy to answer any questions.

This is Montana! She is an ABSOLUTELY PRECIOUS dog! Montana is a Labrador/Basset Hound mix and she is so sweet and so adorable. She is a true lovey dog and extremely obedient. She has degenerative disc disease in her back so she does require monthly medication for her back. She is not super active because of this.

Sammy is 2 years old and weighs 65 pounds. He just finished a three month training program with Friends for Folks, which is based in Lexington Prison in Oklahoma. There he learned many commands including: sit, down, off, up, in, shake, chin, touch, drop it, come, ok, place, bed or go to bed, and watch. Sammy is a very smart boy! He is also potty trained. Sammy is so ready for a loving home and would make a great family dog. He is active, but not hyper. He is well-trained and loves getting sprayed with and playing in the water hose. He would do great with someone that knows how to give commands to keep his skills sharp. Sammy plays hard and sleeps hard. He enjoys walks and does well in the car. He also enjoys snuggles. He loves to hang out with his people, including kids that are active. He has not been exposed to cats. Sammy is current on age appropriate vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick, dewormed, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $200. This is a beautiful, smart, and laid back puppy. She was one of 8 puppies dumped along Post Rd along with her apparently pure bred Labrador mother. This was the only puppy we could wrangle. The mother wandered off into the woods with the other 6 (one had already been hit by a car). She is playful and wants to be with people and other dogs. This would be a perfect dog for anyone who wants a loving companion. I'd say she is 4 months old as of 12/08/24. We have paid for her 1st 3 sets of shots. We are currently working on kennel training and housetraining. She is doing well on both. She is a wonderful dog and would be a great family member.

Ian is an extremely sweet boy that needs love and care from a family willing to give that to him. He is timid and shy at first and takes a couple of days for him to trust you but he will come around and be asking for pets. He does very well with other dogs and loves to play outside. He would do best in a home that has another dog who likes to play as well as someone who has the patience for him to come around. Ian loves to eat anything you put in front of him including treats and is in need of a home that will take the time to show him love and care. ##1653498##

Gunner is about a year old and goofy as it gets. He has been under socialized and can be fairly nervous in new situations, but once he learns he can trust you, he’s your best friend. Gunner is crate trained, house trained, and gets along great with our dogs and our cat! He is still working on learning some basic commands, but he is very food motivated. He quickly learned what ‘go to your crate’ means thanks to getting a treat every time he goes in, and he literally jumps for joy at dinner time he also does well on a leash and doesn’t pull in the slightest, but he’s still getting used to the whole walking in a straight line thing… he is truly an amazing dog who deserves to find the perfect family for him! ##1653495##
