Meet Lilac! Sweet Lilac loves everyone she meets! She is great with all people, including children, loves other dogs and cats. She is playful, but also very calm and this girl will steal your heart! She is 8 months old and is potty trained and crate trained! Lilac is such a sweet, affectionate lovey pup. She is a Black Mouth Cur mix who came to us with her sister, Marigold.. Lilac loves meeting new people and going on adventures! She is great in the car and on walks. Lilac is very playful and one of her favorite activities is hanging out with her puppy siblings!. She loves running and playing with her people, other dogs and even entertaining herself. Though Lilac is an active puppy, she still loves cuddling up on the couch and watching TV. Her Foster mom says she is very chill for a puppy and does not get into things! Lilac would do best in a home with another dog and children would be a plus! Lilac is so sweet and loveable and is happy just being with you! If you are ready for a sweet young pup to add joy to your family and would like to add Lilac, please click on the link below and fill out an application. https://www.coopersafeplace.org/application-page Lilac's adoption fee is $450.00 and due on the day of adoption.

Story
My name is Cookie and I found myself abandoned at the shelter with my 6 puppies (now known as my Snack Pack). The shelter was overcrowded and worried about my well being so they contacted MVPC to rescue me & my pups! I was underweight and had mastitis so I definitely didn't feel my best. My transport driver kept telling me the whole ride just how strong, brave and beautiful I was. And guess what - I AM!!! The snack pack has moved to their foster families and I am having a great time getting to play with my foster siblings. Now that I'm puppy free I can get back to being a carefree pup and just enjoy myself. I am shy but very loyal once I bond and can build trust with you - being dumped at the shelter with your babies will make you cautious and untrusting, right? I need a family who will continue to help me build my confidence. I am back to a normal weight and I love treats. I am house broken and crate trained. I am working on my basic commands and leash manners. My foster mom tells me I'm so sweet....and strong....and brave....and beautiful too. I love to be with my people and will take all the lovin' I can get - the more the better! If you want a total sweetie - I'm your girl!! ADOPTION FEE: $300 (All MVPC dogs are heartworm-tested and on prevention, completely vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, crate-trained and house-trained) ADOPTER: Dog experience BIRTHDAY: 8/14/2022 FENCE: Required (an electric fence is not an acceptable form of containment) DOG FRIENDLY: Yes DOGS IN HOME: Yes, male only CATS: Unknown CHILDREN: Yes - 8 years and older I AM READY TO GO HOME!! If you are approved to be my new family, a hold fee of $100 is required and will be applied to the full adoption fee of $300 when MVPC comes to visit your house with me! ***WE DO NOT HOLD DOGS. IF YOU ARE GOING ON VACATION OR ARE NOT YET READY TO PROCEED PLEASE APPLY WHEN YOU ARE.*** INQUIRIES: ALL inquiries begin with a submitted adoption application, which is found on our website, www.miamivalleypitcrew.com.
