Story
I got Cinder a few years ago in Florida. I say she's 7 years old. Her birthday and actually age was unknown by the shelter I got her from. I'm looking for a loving home that has the time for her. She's good with other animals and children. She is a lazy, couch potato but does like to be active sometimes. She's also very sweet to any other living being, and a huge cuddle bug. She loves meeting and being around people.

Story
Meet this sweetheart named Echo! She originally came into the shelter June 16, 2021 when her owner could no longer keep her. She was adopted in July 2021 and is now back as of January 24. 2022 when her owner said she had anxiety and could no longer keep her. She was adopted April 2023 and was living a great life until her owner is now having to move and can not keep her. So sad for Echo. It's time for the shuffling to stop and for her to find her REAL FOREVER home. She is now 6 years old, current on shots, spayed, and just a complete love. She's a volunteer favorite and it is sad seeing animals adopted and returned. Likes some male dogs too. Might you have the most perfect loving FOREVER home for sweet Echo?! Visit with her today and see what a great pup she truly is and complete your family by adding her into your family! If you have another dog and are interested in meeting another potential new furry member please bring him or her to the shelter and meet on neutral ground before adopting. No need to shuffle the animals around any more than necessary. Please know that 1 mosquito bite can create heart worms and they can be fatal if not treated. It is VERY important to keep your pets healthy and protected by keeping them on a once a month heart worm and flea/tick prevention. These animals are counting on you as their owner to provide them with lots a love and the proper health care so PLEASE make sure you are aware and prepared before adopting. Owning a pet is an extra expense and responsibility but is so worth every minute and penny you invest in them. They will add lots of joy and unconditional love if given a fair chance. The shelter is open Mon.-Fri. 10-1, 2-5 and Sat. 10-4. Adopt a homeless pet and save a life. If you can not adopt right now come out and volunteer and make a difference in the lives of these animals while they await their FOREVER home.

Story
At only 1 year and 6 months old, Brian is a young, curious, playful, and friendly dog who is good on walks and ready for his adoption day to come. Brian is very charming and a bit sneaky in his antics - he can open doors with latches outside if they're not locked with a clip properly! He is very sweet and has had no issues since arriving at the shelter July 19, 2024 when his owners surrendered him over to animal control. Brian is an incredibly handsome boy who would love to be your loyal companion. Loves playing fetch with a rope toy and will drop it on command too. Smart guy! Needs an owner that will help him settle into new life and help guide him with a little consistency and training. A sweet, charming, and deserving pup!! If you think that Brian would be the perfect fit for your family, please come and meet him today! Story
Copper, also known as EJ, is a curious, friendly, and playful 1 year and 2 months old puppy with a cute and funny side. He was adopted as a very young puppy and the owner was older and realized after many months that a young pup was too much to care for so he is now back as of July 5, 2024. He is a good-sized pup with a happy and carefree personality. He loves to talk and has a zest for life. He is in need of a patient owner who has time to work on his manners and training, as he has a lot of energy and needs plenty of exercise. With a little consistency, structure he will thrive. Maybe this cutie is perfect for you? Stop by for a visit with Copper today! Meet Glitter! She is a sweet and gentle dog who came into the shelter September 6, 2024 as a stray and was very scared and unsure of shelter life. Thanks to the love from staff and volunteers she’s gaining confidence daily. She is a beautiful, young dog, around 1 and a half years old and current on shots. Although she is a bit shy at first, once she gets to know you, she will become very affectionate and will be your best friend. She is a great listener, and will be happy to cuddle up with you on the couch or go on walks together. She would love to have a forever home where she can receive lots of love and attention. She is a wonderful companion, and would be perfect for someone who is looking for a loyal and affectionate dog. Stop by for a visit with Glitter and see if she is a good addition for your family!!
