Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.DOB:1/12/2022Hi there, my name is Charlotte and I am looking for my forever home. I am a petite lab mix who is a special girl. I truly love people and other dogs but I have to meet you a couple of times as I require some patience to come around. I'm not too shy, I just don’t always trust you right away. When I know I can trust you, I warm up very quickly. I am a very sweet love bug to my core. I am playful, and a go-with-the-flow kind of girl, so I will tag along on whatever adventure you embark on. I truly just want to be with you and do what you are doing. I am a very smart girl who is crate trained, leash-trained, and I know some other tricks too. I love to play with my toys, and my favorite game is tug-of-war. I do truly like having a doggy friend to play with as well, though 1-2 introductions with other dogs are best for me. If you are looking for the best adventure pal and companion, look no further, I'm your gal. I do prefer an experienced owner due to my initial trust issues, but I will be good for someone who is patient and understanding regardless. Please make sure to put in an application as I'd love to meet you. I really just want a best friend to spend my time with and love dearly.  *available for private meet and greets/I will not be attending public adoption/meet & greet events due to their overwhelming nature* (KG/KG*)   Up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spayed and micro-chipped.   Adoption Fee:  $100.00     Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.February 27, 2025, 7:42 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.DOB: 9/1/2020 Hi my name is Charles Rocky but I prefer to go by my less formal name of Charlie. I am a sweet and goofy boy looking for my forever home. I am a spry dude who would thrive in an active home, as I get along great with the other dogs in my foster home and LOVE to run and play alI day with them. As for kitties, my previous foster home had some and I didn’t pay any attention to them, so a home with cats would be fine too. I am a loving boy, but would really benefit from having an experienced dog owner who can help me refine my commands. I am house trained and know how to sit and walk properly on a leash, but I am still a young guy and get excited at times, so an owner with previous canine experience is best for me. My foster mom says that I am a very loving boy who acclimated quickly to her home and had no issues with making myself comfortable in the evenings on her bed lol! I do great at events with both adults and children, however in my own living space, kids can make me quite nervous with their quick and unexpected movements, so a home without young children would work best for me.  So, if you are looking for a laid-back, dapper looking dude who loves other dogs, please consider adding me to your family as your new best friend. (ABF) Up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, neutered and microchipped.   Adoption Fee: $100.00    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 25, 2025, 9:57 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.DOB: 05/30/2022 Hello, my name is Peach/Peaches/Peachie, I will respond to any of the above. Just like the fruit, I can be sweet and bitter. I am such a cuddly happy girl who loves to play, go on adventures, go on walks, and even cuddle with you in your lap or at your feet. To get to know me, you must know a little bit about my past...I was adopted in 2022 but recently returned due to some issues I was having in my past home. This is time to address my bitter side. I am a resource guarder when it comes to food/treats/bones but only to those on my level (little kids, cats/dogs). I have had no issues with adults and older kids when it comes to this. I wasn't always like this, but something happened in my old home that triggered this resource aggression. I have not bitten or hurt anyone at all, but I will growl and snap at dogs/cats/little kids who come near my food/treats/bones. I still play well with others and would do fine living in a house with dog and cat friends, but best if I wasn't in a home with little kids. I am smart, playful, have manners, and am well-trained, I am just quirky. My foster mom has had no issues with me or handling my food/treats/bones. I will say she has experience in managing resource guarders, but it truly is not difficult to manage. One of my foster moms' personal dogs is resource aggressive too, and that doggie eats her goodies in her crate by herself too, with no issue, and she happily coexists with other doggies and cats when away from those things, much like me! I feel safe in my crate and I prefer to eat my food/treats/bones in my own space away from others (dogs/cats/little kids). This is a really confusing time for me with all the changes that have happened after 2.5 years of being comfy and cozy in what I thought was my forever home. This is all new to me, new people, new foster siblings, new routine, why did my world have to change?   I am looking for someone who will be patient and understand me and my needs, even better if you have experience with resource guarding. I am a wonderful companion and I know I will make someone very happy. If you are interested in meeting me or adopting me, please fill out an application and I promise we will make some SWEET memories together.  Up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, spayed and microchipped. Adoption Fee:  $200.00   (AF/KG*)     Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 25, 2025, 9:57 pm

Story
I met this puppy at a meet and greet where I work. I was blown away at how fun and cute he was. He was introduced to my workplace through an adoption agency called Saving Grace. I bought him months ago. Along the ups and downs of puppyhood, when I took him home, I wasnt really sure in my decision if I was the person/family for this pup. I have my own issues for wanting to give him away. I simply want the best for him and Im not it for him. He deeply loves me and I see it, but I dont want him to miss out on something better. When I bring him around my family, he seems so much happier. Hes lonely when Im working and I work a lot on the nightshift. He is very sweet and loves licking. He is always stuck to my hip. Every time I get up, hes getting up too. He is super adorable and has all of the puppy energy that is required of him. Currently he is 6 months old. What I am looking for in a new home is for him to be surrounded by loved ones and other animals too.

Story
Roxie a two-year-old Labrador Retriever who needs a loving home where she is the only dog. She is smart, energetic, playful, and loves people. She has unfortunately recently shown aggression towards our other dog. We know she can thrive in a home where she is the only dog with an owner who is interested in keeping her active. She knows several commands, is house trained and crate trained though she exhibits some separation anxiety, loves car rides and walks well on a leash. She’s been raised in a dog loving home but we can no longer completely trust her with our other dogs. We have been advised that rehoming her is the loving thing to do for her and our other dogs.
