Story
Rusty is a young, male dog with a fun-loving personality. This loyal and funny pup is smart, gentle, and full of love. Rusty is good with other dogs and would love to have a dog his size as a playmate. He loves to run and play with his current dog friend until he's tired. He has excellent house manners and is a well-behaved dog. He is also rewarded with his fav benebone when he goes into his crate quietly. He would prefer a cat-free home, and he would do best in a home without cats. He may be good with kids, but this is yet to be validated. If you're looking for a fun, smart, and affectionate dog, Rusty is the one for you! Please consider adopting him into your home, so you can see for yourself what a wonderful dog he is.

Story
Sunflower is 5 years old and 33 lbs. Sunflower has a heart of gold! She is very shy at first, but a little time, patience, and love will make her blossom... well, like a sunflower! She may have had a rough start in life, but this sweet girl is worth the extra time and care because she is all about love and affection at the end of the day. When she is settled in, she loves to cuddle with her foster family on the couch and while she is more submissive, she enjoys playing with other dogs in the yard. She is very low energy indoors, but outside she comes alive and loves running around the yard. She would do best in a home with a doggie sibling who can help her confidence. She is loves walks and is great on a leash, although she can get spooked sometimes, but a nice calm walk is always on her "to-do" list. She loves all humans and would be so happy to find a home either with a single person, a couple, or family. She is great with kids because of her easy-going personality.  Sunflower has wonderful house manners and never chews on anything except her bones and toys. She barely barks too! She doesn't like crates but is perfectly fine to stay home alone for periods of time while her humans are out of the house. This sweetheart will need a patient family who is willing to go a little slow with her, but we promise once she is settle in, she will show you just how much love she has to give! Story
Rudy is a sweet goober who deserves a loving home that allows him to run around and be loved on as much as possible. He is housebroken and will go to the door. He is mostly crate trained - at night he whines at the beginning but falls right to sleep and stays asleep for hours until you get out of bed to let him out to go potty. During the day is a bit of a different story as he may have some separation anxiety. He walks very well on a leash with a harness. He enjoys playing with toys of all kinds. He loves to explore and be your buddy to see where you’re going - he always has tail wags for you when you arrive back in the room or get home! He loves neck and belly scratches and once he tires himself out he loves to lay his head on you sprawled out on the couch while you rub him until he falls asleep, he is truly a sweetheart with/for his people. He is incredibly intelligent and trains best with treats, he picked up sit and down in a single day!

Story
This is Lou, the six (ish) month old Black Labrador/Shepherd mix. He has had a rough start to his short life here on Earth. He was dumped on the side of a busy highway, along with a littermate a few months ago. The littermate was later hit and killed by a car, and he had been in the same spot since. We have been trying to catch him for three months now and he was finally caught on 4 February 2024. He is a very sweet boy and we have been calling him "Lou" and "Mr. Bubs". He has surprised me so much in the short time I have had him. Lou has not had any accidents in the house, loves cuddles and scritches, and is so gentle with treats. Lou loves kids and loves female dogs. He would do excellent as the only dog, or a buddy to a female dog. If I didn't already have four dogs myself, I would keep him in a heartbeat. He really deserves a loving and warm home, he has definitely earned it. Please reach out if you are interested in adopting Lou. I will transport him anywhere.
