Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi, my name is Scooby!  I am an ALL American mixed breed pup with a lot of puppy energy. My foster mom says I’m a bit of a goof ball like the real Scooby Doo. That must be how I got my name. I love playing with all sorts of toys but really enjoy playing with his favorite rope ball. I am a social butterfly and love attention, whether it is from other dogs or humans.  I do have good social skills and respect other dogs. I know that my big personality is a lot to handle sometimes and that not everyone wants to be my friend, but I’ll keep trying from a safe distance. I am a bit goofy and want to be a tiny lap dog. When I am not playing, my next favorite thing to do is climb up in your lap for a little nap. I am working hard on my manners. They are teaching me that I must sit before I get the love and attention that I want. I’m getting better at it. I am housebroken and crate trained. I love going exploring on a nice walk. Food motivates me to learn.  If you are looking for a sweet, goofy, pup to cuddle with on cold nights, I might be your guy. Apply today @Buffalocares.org Adoption Fee: $475.00  RR48      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.All dogs come fully up to date on shots, microchipped, heart worm tested, de-wormed, on flea and heart worm preventative, and spayed/neutered.  If interested in learning more or adopting please fill out an application on our website at www.buffalocares.org. Name: AllieDOB: 1/7/24Breed:  Lab mixWeight: 50lbsSex: Female - spayed Allie had a rough start being born a stray and not being saved from a life on the street until she was nine months. Allie is a very, very, sweet loving girl but will need someone with lots of love and patience to give her. She is learning to trust people and has come a long, long way. Allie definitely needs a brother or sister to show her how to trust. She is extremely dog and cat friendly and very submissive. But she is also very, very playful, especially out in the yard. A fenced yard is a must for her as she is learning to trust on a leash. She is house trained and does not require a crate. Allie will make an absolutely amazing loving friend to whomever gives her the time and patience, she needs. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this girl. She is a doll. If you are interested in adopting Allie please apply at https://www.716paws.org/adopt or message the rescue if you are already pre-approved ##2228385##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Cole is a sweet boy who was surrendered to a shelter because the other dogs in his home were picking on him. But Cole has foster fur siblings smaller than him and would do well with similar dogs in his furever home. As always, meet and greets are required with any resident or frequently visiting dogs!&#226&#128&#168&#226&#128&#168He is still somewhat timid with new people and needs slow intros with people who come to visit. Once he knows you, he's perfect! No small children for this guy - Cole forgets he’s a big boy and may knock small children over with his big dog energy! He also forgets about personal space and loves to snuggle up to you, he may even try to sit on your lap! He loves toys (stuffies don’t stand a chance) and going for walks. He can pull in his initial excitement but settles quickly and is responsive to correction. His ears perk up when he hears tongue clicks and he comes trotting right to your side! He’s very good with his harness and leash, and has plenty of energy for medium distance walks. Cole is a very good boy and, while crate trained, is ok to be left uncrated. He does need a home with a fully fenced yard (physical fence, not invisible), as he loves exploring. He’s also very smart and eager to please, making him easy to train.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. &#226&#150&#186 We do not adopt to Canada  due to border restrictions and breed-specific legislation &#226&#150&#186 We adopt & foster locally only ; within an approximately 55 mile radius of Lockport, NY 14094 USA Adoption donation includes Spay/Neuter, Vaccinations, deworming & flea treatment. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi guys! It's me, Milo! It’s been awhile since my last update but man, it’s been a busy year! I’m still a little shy, so I like slow intros but I’m getting better all the time! People can be scary so I like to watch for a little bit before I come over. All the big walks and car rides are helping me with something called socialization. I dunno what that means but I’m working hard on it according to my foster mom. I did a whole bunch of sleepovers at this place called boarding and I learned some new tricks! I walk really nice on a leash, I come almost all the time when called (unless I’m on the tail of a pesky squirrel - then I’m in the zone sniffing them out!). I’m working on place and wait. Foster mom also is trying to teach me “personal space” - she says I’m a chair and bed hog so I need to wait in my spot until it’s ok. It’s not my fault I love all the snuggles!!! And all the kisses!!! But I’ll try anything for some treats! I just learned how to give my paw. I think this is what humans call a handshake? Silly when I don’t have hands! Oh - if you haven’t heard, I love stuffies!!! This is my lab side coming out. Foster mom says I hold the record for the fastest de-stuffing she’s ever seen. I’m so proud of it! But that means I can’t be left unsupervised when she’s gone but I’m very good about going in my crate. I’m looking for a quiet home to give me all the belly rubs, snuggles, treats and stuffies I can handle. I’d love a fenced yard so I can chase the squirrels but I like a good long walk too if I can’t have that. And no kitties please. Not a fan of little animals. Are you intrigued? Story
Meet Hunter, this sweet, spirited, medium sized terrier/blue heeler pup is patiently waiting for his forever home so he can spoil his humans with all the love he has to share! Hunter is currently in Texas, but here's the exciting part – he's ready to embark on a journey to your home sweet home, and it'll only cost you a $230 transport fee. Trust us; he's worth every mile!Hunter is more than just a sweet face; he's also a quick learner. His foster family has been putting in the work, and he's been acing his obedience training. In his foster home, he's been a real champ, getting along wonderfully with non-dominant dogs and playful puppies. When it comes to humans and other animals, Hunter prefers a gradual approach so slow introductions are his preference to ensure he forms lasting bonds. He loves children! During an adoption event he was all tail wags when the kids came up for pets.Hunter has mastered the art of walking on a leash and being house-trained. Walkies are his absolute favorite thing! So if you are an avid walker/hiker this is your dog!! He's also a pro at basic commands like sit, wait, shake, down, and he's getting the hang of stay too.But what Hunter truly excels at is spreading love. He's a cuddle enthusiast who will happily crawl into your lap, showering you with affectionate kisses. So, here's the deal: Hunter is ready and willing to travel for his forever home If you believe you can provide this sweetheart with the loving and active life he deserves, don't hesitate. Apply today, and let's make Hunter's journey to your heart and home a reality! Online Application: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=ch2817&method=online_form_html&formid=41*Disclaimer: This pet is located in Texas. Story
Please contact Jamesa (roxysrescue@yahoo.com), 713-882-2610 for more information about this pet.It is so hard for me to believe that MARTY and his brother Doc are still with me. They are wonderful boys to play with, very smart, easily trainable and well behaved. MARTY is a typical puppy, 5 months old, mixed breed puppy and weighing 25 pounds. I know they have some lab in them and will probably reach at least 40 pounds as adults. These 2 brothers were found wondering a construction site in San Antonio, TX. The smaller boy MARTY has some brown on his face and he is the more submissive one. Very gentle and kind-hearted. He loves to play and he sleeps right at my feet no matter where I am; in the recliner, on the couch or in bed. He likes to cozy up. He follows his brother around to a certain extent but they are NOT bonded, they can be adopted separately. DOC is the other brother that is just a tad bit taller than MARTY. He is more outgoing and very social but a sweet puppy who is just a typical puppy who plays, eats, sleeps and plays some more. He can be found in the middle of the other foster puppies playing and running zoomies in the backyard. Both boys are doing really well on their potty training. I am home most of the day and have time to let them out very often, but they are getting the hang of it. THEY DO NOT HAVE TO BE ADOPTED TOGETHER. If you are interested in adopting either of these boys please submit an application on the website below. More pictures are available once you email me. Thank you. www.roxysk9rescue.org       ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED   Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes.  Each dog comes  spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice.  The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption.  They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative.  ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE. We transport across the United States. Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption. Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls.  We will reply to you.  Thank you.         November 7, 2024, 5:10 am
