Our little guy Jack is such an endearing dollface! At 6 months old he is about 25 pounds and we expect him to be a shorter, stockier 35ish pounds at adult weight. He is an independent boy who loves to investigate, chase lizards in PR and play! He eagerly comes in for loves and kisses and is just a happy-go-lucky boy! Jack loves his doggy friends and has been fostered with many cats and does well with them. Jack will arrive in Albion, NY at the end of January and we would love to have a family waiting for him! Our adoption fee is $400 and unless otherwise stated all dogs and puppies have been spayed/neutered, 4DX tested(if age appropriate), Put on heartworm/flea/tick prevention, age appropriately vaccinated, dewormed, vet checked and flown from Puerto Rico. Story
I adopted Josie in May as my son's yellow lab, Casper, needed a playmate. They had a few territorial issues in the beginning but the rest of the time they were best buds. Josie seems to be going through his terrible two's as he recently has been aggressive towards Casper. I think Josie needs to be in a home where he is the only pet. He absolutely loves people and kids. He is full of life and plays well by himself.

Story
Cora came to us from the local shelter after being surrendered, due to her diabetes. She had lost weight at a drastic pace, and was in need of medical attention to take care of her diabetic needs as soon as possible. We took her into the rescue, and she has been living with us for a few months! Cora is in higher spirits, and is now looking for a foster home! Cora is 9 years old and currently weighs about 40 lbs. She is a super sweet girl who will consistently rub her face on you to receive pets! She will also never deny a belly rub! Cora currently receives insulin injections twice daily for her diabetes. She does well with her shots, and loves when she gets lots of praise and kisses after! If you are interested in fostering or adopting please reach out to us! Because Cora has been in boarding for so long, she would love to cuddle up in a home! Care for a diabetic dog may sound intimidating at first! But once a routine is set, it is very manageable and they can live a happy healthy life! petstophererescue@gmail.com

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Cole is a sweet boy who was surrendered to a shelter because the other dogs in his home were picking on him. But Cole has foster fur siblings smaller than him and would do well with similar dogs in his furever home. As always, meet and greets are required with any resident or frequently visiting dogs!&#226&#128&#168&#226&#128&#168He is still somewhat timid with new people and needs slow intros with people who come to visit. Once he knows you, he's perfect! No small children for this guy - Cole forgets he’s a big boy and may knock small children over with his big dog energy! He also forgets about personal space and loves to snuggle up to you, he may even try to sit on your lap! He loves toys (stuffies don’t stand a chance) and going for walks. He can pull in his initial excitement but settles quickly and is responsive to correction. His ears perk up when he hears tongue clicks and he comes trotting right to your side! He’s very good with his harness and leash, and has plenty of energy for medium distance walks. Cole is a very good boy and, while crate trained, is ok to be left uncrated. He does need a home with a fully fenced yard (physical fence, not invisible), as he loves exploring. He’s also very smart and eager to please, making him easy to train.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. &#226&#150&#186 We do not adopt to Canada  due to border restrictions and breed-specific legislation &#226&#150&#186 We adopt & foster locally only ; within an approximately 55 mile radius of Lockport, NY 14094 USA Adoption donation includes Spay/Neuter, Vaccinations, deworming & flea treatment. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi guys! It's me, Milo! It’s been awhile since my last update but man, it’s been a busy year! I’m still a little shy, so I like slow intros but I’m getting better all the time! People can be scary so I like to watch for a little bit before I come over. All the big walks and car rides are helping me with something called socialization. I dunno what that means but I’m working hard on it according to my foster mom. I did a whole bunch of sleepovers at this place called boarding and I learned some new tricks! I walk really nice on a leash, I come almost all the time when called (unless I’m on the tail of a pesky squirrel - then I’m in the zone sniffing them out!). I’m working on place and wait. Foster mom also is trying to teach me “personal space” - she says I’m a chair and bed hog so I need to wait in my spot until it’s ok. It’s not my fault I love all the snuggles!!! And all the kisses!!! But I’ll try anything for some treats! I just learned how to give my paw. I think this is what humans call a handshake? Silly when I don’t have hands! Oh - if you haven’t heard, I love stuffies!!! This is my lab side coming out. Foster mom says I hold the record for the fastest de-stuffing she’s ever seen. I’m so proud of it! But that means I can’t be left unsupervised when she’s gone but I’m very good about going in my crate. I’m looking for a quiet home to give me all the belly rubs, snuggles, treats and stuffies I can handle. I’d love a fenced yard so I can chase the squirrels but I like a good long walk too if I can’t have that. And no kitties please. Not a fan of little animals. Are you intrigued? In an effort to assist animals outside the GRASP system, we have posted the following as a courtesy. GRASP does not screen these animals and relies upon the information provided by the pet parent. GRASP has no knowledge of the pet's history (i.e. health, behavior, temperament, etc.). All responsibility falls with the pet parent with whom the animal resides. If you are interested in this pet, please refer to the contact information below. Do not contact GRASP. Thank you. Listed: 1/11/25 DOB: 6/23/15 Sarge is an ~10 year old dog currently located in Rochester, NY. His owner for the last 4 years left the country and left the pets behind,Before that his past is unknown, as he was adopted from a shelter in 2020. Sarge is cat safe, and dog neutral, but a meet and greet would be required. He has no aggression, no reactivity, and no separation anxiety. While I have never seen him around children I think with respectful kids he would be great. He loves walks but is not very good on leash (strong puller and big sniffer!) He has very little obedience trianing (knows sit on a good day.) His days are best spent looking out windows and napping on the couch. He is housebroken and good in a crate. Non destructive and can be left loose when unattended. He has a bent front leg from an old injury prior to adoption that healed incorrectly (suspected neglect.)I do not currently have access to his vet records, however I know he went to the vet over the summer. I am trying to get the records now. He is neutered. This dog is up for adoption due to NO fault of his own. He can be transported up to 6 hours from Rochester for the right home. Please reach out to Jenn at Jenn.corbit@gmail.com if you would like to adopt or have any questions.  January 11, 2025, 5:37 pm
