With her majestic big ears and captivating eyes—one icy blue, one deep black—Tinkerbell is a charming 8-month-old Labrador Retriever mix, currently weighing about 30 pounds. Destined to grow into a beautiful medium/large-sized dog, she’s already making heads turn and hearts melt wherever she goes!
Tinkerbell has overcome a challenging past after being rescued from a hoarding situation alongside her 21 siblings. Since then, she has blossomed into a beacon of joy and friendliness. She absolutely adores playing with other dogs, sharing her space with cats, and is a hit with kids! Whether it’s chasing her furry friends in spirited games or being the life of the party, Tinkerbell is all about fun and frolic. 🎉🐕
Tinkerbell is crate trained, is housebroken, and walks well on the leash. Her loving foster mom says Tinkerbell thrives on belly rubs and playtime with her toys. Initially shy, she warms up quickly to embrace her adventurous side, ready for walks and new experiences.

She loves treats, squeaky toys and belly rubs. Tinkerbell loves running around a quiet backyard with anyone who will join her. She’s shy initially, but very loving and affectionate with those she trusts, so give her time and she will become your favorite companion. When she’s happy, she tucks her ears back and wags her tail so her whole body wiggles back and forth - she is so cute! She deserves a loving home. We hope she finds one soon. ❤️"

HFG Dog Rescue is a 100 percent foster-based rescue located in Berkeley Heights, NJ with a sister location, The Almost Home Wellness Center, in Aiken, SC. All of our dogs are rescued from kill shelters in SC + GA and once ready for adoption live in loving local NJ foster homes until they find forever families of their own. Our fosters begin basic training, housebreaking, and leash-walking skills to help pair you with the perfect pup for life!
