Story
Meet Fernley, a 7 month, 30 lb chocolate Labrador mix! One look into her soulful eyes, and you'll fall in love with the sweet, playful bundle of joy that she is!
Fernley loves to explore and is curious about the world! She can be a bit shy at first, but she's friendly with humans and dogs. She's house trained and goes outside regularly. On walks, she can sometimes dawdle a bit and loves to sniff around, but she's progressing nicely with leash training!
At home, Fernley is the sweetest dog. She loves attention and will gladly snuggle up for a hug and cuddle. She gets excited by chew toys and loves to play, but also sleeps well through the night. She settles down nicely during the day as well, and has no issues with being left alone for a few hours. But the minute you give her some time and attention, she'll wag her tail happily and gladly play with you!
Fernley is quite the smart, food motivated girl - she quickly learned "Sit" in no time! She aims to please and loves being rewarded, so with time and practice, she'll no doubt be the goodest girl ever!

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
