** PLEASE EMAIL questions, please DO NOT call. We are a volunteer based group and are unable to handle the call volume. WE HOLD ADOPTIONS ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS FROM 10-4 PM at our Adoption Center. Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, just walk right in. Pebbles is about 10 months old and weighs about 50 lbs. Unfortunately, he came into a shelter as a stray so we have no back history. He came in with his mom and brother when they were only 2 months old. He grew up in the shelter environment and was there until some offered to foster him and his brother when they ended up on the kill list at the shelter at 6 1/2 months. We were contacted weeks later asking if we could take them in. While at the foster, they were said to be crate trained and 90% housebroken. They loved to play in the water. They were good with the foster dogs and the children in the home. There were also horses on the property. More will be known about me soon. A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet. If you are interested in Pebbles, please contact dogrescuelv@hotmail.com to confirm the dog you are interested in, will be attending that particular event. We have limited space at the store, therefore we can not take every dog out to the event. This pet comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org . This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle Pebbles into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy and they'll respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday. This pet is spayed/neutered, has current vaccinations and includes a microchip, deworming and 2 free vet visits, including a Healthy Start Certificate with the VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply). Adoption fee applies. Please make sure you have read the information listed on the homepage for requirements and restrictions. Foster homes & volunteers are always needed. Please contact us regarding how you can help by fostering or volunteering for our organization.

Story
I may have a little gray on my muzzle these days, but that just means I’ve had plenty of time to learn what really matters—love, naps, and belly rubs. I’m a gentle soul with a heart as big as my wagging tail, and I’m happiest when I’m curled up next to someone who enjoys quiet moments as much as I do. Snuggles? Oh yes, they’re my specialty. Life is sweeter when we share it, so if you’re looking for a loyal friend who’s ready to bring warmth and comfort to your days, I’m your dog.
