I already know basic commands like “sit,” “lay down,” “let’s go,” and “no,” and I enjoy learning and spending time with my humans. I absolutely love going for walks and exploring the world, though I can get a little nervous during car rides—something I’m still working through with patience and reassurance. I get along great with other dogs and have spent my entire life living peacefully alongside cats. I also adore kids of all ages and thrive in a home full of love and laughter. I do like to explore and venture off alone, please keep me on a leash and have a high fence if I am going outside alone. My dream family is one that enjoys adventures, values quality time together, and never runs out of snuggles. Zenya is a puppy in a very large body! Just under a year old and weighing 72 pounds, she has long gazelle like legs and an impressive vertical - she can jump higher than the average person’s head, all in playful excitement. Zenya is truly a big baby: loving, affectionate, playful, and smart. She does well with cats and respects their boundaries but would love a cat that would love her. Shes done well with other dogs in a one on one setting and really enjoyed playing. She has a lot of puppy energy still so she loves to play or go on long walks, but does great sleeping through the night and having her naps through out the day. She does very well in her crate once she settles in, especially once she gets used to your routine. Zenya is a very sweet dog who loves to be around her people being a little shadow while you do you chores or relaxing watching your favorite shows! Lexi loves her stuffies and will pull them all out of the toy box and play with them, one by one. She carries them around the house and takes one on walks. Lexie loves car rides, ice cream also loves to play dress up and took a few glamour shots so you could see her cute tuxedo coat. Lexie is solid muscle and knows commands such as sit, down and shake, she is really just the sweetest. Lexie has not been around children but we believe with proper introduction and supervision, she would be fine with them. Unfortunately, due to Lexie's past, she is reactive to certain dogs so she has been unable to find the perfect home and has been living at our training facility for years. An only pet home for Lexi is a must but she makes up for it with her loving personality. *All of our adult dogs are current on vaccinations, de-wormed, heart worm tested, spayed/neutered, on monthly preventatives & micro chipped prior to adoption. *Lexi's Adoption Fee is Sponsored! *No out of State Adoptions , *Virtual Home Visits Required *We do not require fenced yards for all dogs, fenced yards are required based on a dogs needs. *No invisible fences. Story
Gunner is a great family dog! He is 8 but has lots of life left in him. He is amazing with kids, adults, and other animals. He never has accidents inside, doesn’t bark or jump on people, and knows basic commands. He also never leaves our yard without a fence! He is known by all the neighbors as a really well behaved dog. All the kids love him and neighbors appreciate that he isn’t barking or going the bathroom in their yards. He’s honestly very easy as far as dogs go! I marked “special need” only because as a lab he is more prone to ear infections. His left ear will sometimes get yeasty so we just clean it out regularly. Reason for rehoming- my husband, kids, and I have entered a phase where between competitive traveling teams, school sports, out of town marathons, and traveling- we are away a lot. We are lucky with neighbors to care for him when we are gone but feel like he would thrive with a family who was around more. He’s so lovable and VERY well trained!
