Rome is a 6.5 year old fixed male Lab mix. He is an amazing loving dog that loves to be around people. He loves meeting new people either with visitors or strangers on the street. He is good at the dog park although I did stop bringing him to the dog park because he was attacked by another dog causing stitches. He is great with cats and kids. Amazing on a leash. He does not pull. His favorite pass time is going on walks. He loves his walks. He is also good with car rides. At home, he is pretty mellow. He is off and on with chew toys. Will play tug of war and he loves his treats. Rome is house trained and crate trained. He knows sit, stay, down, lay, speak, bed time, up, down, heel (needs reinforcement on this) , and knows the word walk I have to relocate and Rome cent come with. I have tried family and friends and no luck. He is honestly an amazing dog. You will be very lucky to have him part of your life. Please reach out for a meet and greet.

HI - I'M SHIRLEY, and I'm a very special girl. I was clearly loved by someone once because I'm pretty chubby - I weigh about 93 pounds! I was impounded at a scary California shelter and while there, I rested patiently, just waiting for someone to notice me. I'm a 7-year-old Lab-Pit mix, so I figured it may take awhile, and sure enough I ended up being the shelter's longest resident. They kept me around for months because I am such a great, easygoing girl. I'm very quiet, mellow and I love human attention and affection. I'd make a great movie-watching buddy or snuggler. I truly need a foster or forever home. If you can open your home and heart to be, I would be so grateful. I'm currently in California, but can be transported to you in Minnesota. Eddie is a 1-year-old Black Lab who is sweet, strong, and incredibly loyal! Weighing in at around 55 pounds, he’ll stick by your side like it’s his full-time job.This young pup is house-trained and crate-trained. He does well in his crate for extended periods, settling in after a few minutes. Eddie loves standing on his hind legs to watch the world through the window or gently grabbing your hand with his paw just to keep you close. He loves chew toys, tug-of-war, and most of all, your attention. He usually has at least two walks a day and some active play like tug-of-war or zoomies around the yard. His leash manners are still a work in progress, so his future family should give some extra training to help guide him.He would prefer a home where someone is around often. Loud noises and unfamiliar people can spook him, but with patience and routine, he’s learning to feel more confident. Eddie is not able to live in a home with other dogs because he becomes very overstimulated when he sees them. This 11-week-old Lab/Shepherd mix has the sweetest eyes you’ve ever seen! At 11 lbs, this little guy will tell you a whole story with his eyes. His foster family says he loves to say "lady, do you really need to keep kissing me?"Mateo loves to explore every little thing that lands on the floor, and then dramatically flop down for a nap in the warmest, coziest spot he can find. He would climb into the basket of blankets under the Christmas tree to nap. Mateo has a great history with dogs and absolutely adores them, though he’s still learning polite puppy manners and can get a little jumpy with excitement. He loves to play hard with his brothers and chase squeaky toys.He hasn’t been around cats yet, so he will need a proper introduction. Mateo has done well so far with kids ages 8 and up, but he’s teething and can be a bit nippy in typical puppy fashion. He’s gentle overall and doesn’t react negatively to children.Mateo spends short periods of time in the puppy pen with his brothers, then goes into his crate at night, singing a short lullaby for a few minutes to himself. Meet Meadow! Meadow is a confident, curious, and incredibly sweet puppy who’s ready to grow up in a loving forever home. This ~3-month-old Lab/Husky mix (best guess!) has a short, black, puppy-fuzzy coat and currently weighs about 12 pounds.. She’s made an amazing comeback after a rough start and is thriving!Meadow is smart and eager to learn. While she isn’t fully house-trained or crate-trained yet (she is a baby, after all!), she’s already showing great habits and settles quickly when briefly crated. She even chooses to nap in her open crate sometimes.This little girl loves everyone. She loves snuggles, and is happiest when she’s playing.
