Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Rosie!   Rosie is a 1-year-old black Labrador Retriever with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s a fun-loving, energetic pup who thrives on attention and affection—belly rubs are her absolute favorite, and she loves spending time with her family.   Rosie is very social and enjoys playing with other dogs, making her a great companion for a home with canine friends. She’s also highly treat-motivated, which makes training both fun and rewarding. Rosie loves learning new commands—as long as snacks are part of the deal!   Her favorite activities include chasing birds and rabbits, playing with her toys, and staying active. Because of her strong prey drive (and impressive jumping skills—she has cleared a fence while chasing a rabbit!), Rosie will need a secure yard or should be supervised when outside to keep her safe. She does great in her kennel, but can be vocal if she hears someone home, so no apartments or townhomes for her.   Rosie would do best in an active home that can match her energy and continue her training.  In return, she’ll bring endless joy, love, and entertainment to her forever family.   Could Rosie be your perfect match? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, my name is Elsie and I am a Lab/Terrier X  with a DOB of 10/22/22 (approx. 50lbs). I am a native to Minnesota where I was found roaming the streets in St Paul. Animal Control was kind enough to give me a lift as I thought it was to my home, but it was to the nearest doggie jail where no one claimed me.   I would like to mention a few characteristics I have that make me stand out from the doggie crowd. -  I hop like a bunny around the yard. -  I patrol the yard for squirrels, rabbits & cats. No one gets past this girl’s watchful eye. -  I am non-reactive with other dogs – I just want to play with them. -  I have a 4’ 5” vertical jump.  6’ fence is required as I am escape artist. -  I Pounce on tennis balls while I play with them. I like to ride a shotgun when it comes to car rides. They make a doggie seat belt as I have been told and I guess that should be used for any car rides in the future. I am learning not to dash out the door when it’s open.  I’m just very excited to follow my foster mom wherever she goes. I love toys, but I don’t share them with other animals. You just need to take all my toys, hide them and I can play with other dogs in harmony.  I have been known to escape my kennel. Because of this I now have my own “No Break Kennel”. This now keeps me out of trouble when I’m home alone. I am not a fan of the kennel, but I settle down quickly.   I tend to pull on the leash, so my foster mom bought me a hot pink gentle leader (I'm the prettiest girl on the block now) and is teaching me basic commands such as heal and stay for starters. I can back out of a regular flat collar so a martingale collar/leash is also best to add while out on walks. I have to say, so far so good as I do enjoy my walks in the neighborhood.  I am still working on potty training and am taking Proin daily to help with some urinary incontinence. It has really helped but we are still figuring things out. I may pee on my dog bed at night so investing in a washable bed is a good idea! What kind of home would do best for me: -  Active home that can release my spirited energy and have dog stimulation toys. -  I am food motivated and this works great for training. -  Be patient as I am still young and learning. -  Love me with all your heart as I will do the same.      Are you my forever home?      Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Interested in adopting this lovable animal? Story
Winnie is a very loving dog. She loves cuddles and laying on beds. She is also very energetic and needs play time. She LOVES chew toys. Great recall off leash and potty trained as well. She is currently good with my other dog but took about 2-3 weeks for her to get use to having another dog around. Does not do well with children. Rehoming due to busy schedule and ongoing costs. Shes currently eating Science Diet Perfect Weight for weight management due to being previously overweight, ideally this would be a great food for her to stay on.

Story
Hi there! My name is Coal and my foster mommy says that I am already so handsome at just a few months old! I've already lived a pretty scary life. I was found at just 5 weeks old living all by myself out in the wild! I feel incredibly safe and secure now that I have a foster family that loves and cares for me. I make them laugh with doing my silly puppy antics. My foster mommy says that I'm working very hard at becoming potty trained. Each time I go outside I do my business right away. Even though I know that's where I need to do my go, I sometimes get distracted by all of the fun toys in my foster home, so I need to be reminded when it is time to go outside. Who can blame me though, right? I didn't live in a home before so I'm figuring it out. My foster dad can tell I'm very smart so I'll master this very soon!My family puts me in a kennel while they are at work. Although I don't like it I know they do it to help get me potty trained. My mom is able to come home at lunch and let me outside to do my business so it's not too bad. If it was up to me, I would be able to be with my human family 24/7 and just get love and snuggles from them.I do have another foster doggy in the house that is a little older than me. I love chasing him and playing with him cuz you know that's what puppies do!I am ready to live with my forever family and get spoiled with lots of kisses and snuggles. I hope you give me a chance!--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Story
Hi, I’m Felix! I’m a 3-year-old sweetheart with a gentle soul and a playful side that shines once I feel comfortable. I’m very proud of my manners and I love keeping a calm, cozy routine. Toys are my absolute favorite, and I’m happiest when I can romp around with them or hang out with other friendly dogs.I can be a bit timid when I first meet new people or enter new spaces, but with patience and kindness, I warm up and show my soft, affectionate heart. Because of this, I’d do best in a quieter home with kids aged 12+ who understand my sensitive nature. A fenced-in yard where I can explore at my own pace and plenty of toys to keep me busy would make my tail wag all day long.I’m looking for a family who will appreciate my gentle personality, celebrate my little victories, and help me continue growing in confidence. If you’re searching for a loyal, kind, toy-loving companion, I just might be your boy.--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption.
