Story
Hello there! My name is Poptart and I'm a sweet little girl looking for a family. My story is a sad one. A nice lady saw a man driving me and my siblings around in the back of his pick-up truck...and then, he dumped us all in the wilderness to fend for ourselves! My siblings and I were terrified. The woods were dark and scary. Luckily, the nice lady who saw us get dumped called Beagle Freedom Project right away. Staff at Freedom Fields rushed to find me, and after lots of time and patience, they rescued me and my family! When we first arrived to Freedom Fields, I was shaking in fear. After some loving and lots of treats, my tail has started wagging. I love being pet, and I love other dogs. I'm still pretty scared and getting used to being loved. Freedom Fields staff doesn't think anyone has ever pet or cuddled me before. I can't believe how much I've been missing! I'm looking for a patient family full of love to show me that not all humans will abandon me. Will you take me home? My location: NOWATA, OK *Please note that third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. Story
Woof woof! My name is Meadow, and I'm a sweet girl who's so ready for her forever home! I was rescued by the nice folks at Beagle Freedom Project after being dumped as a stray... can you imagine that someone decided abandon a darling girl like me? Despite what I've been through, I'm learning to trust the people around me and adjust to all the love coming my way-something I've never really experienced before. BFP staff believes no one ever cuddled or cared for me in the past, and now I realize just how much I've been missing out on! I get so excited whenever someone approaches me and wants to pet me. I just can't get enough attention. I'm a silly, playful, friendly, and cute girl! I'm looking for a patient, loving family to show me that not all humans will let me down. Could you be the one to take me home? My ideal home has: An active adopter, lots of love! Story
Hi! My name is Memphis and I'm sniffing around for my forever family! I've had a difficult past...the man who was supposed to be taking care of me and my siblings dumped us all alone in the woods to fend for ourselves. We were terrified and had no idea how we were going to survive. Luckily, a nice lady called BFP, who then came to save us. I'm safe now, and I'm starting to learn that humans are my friends. These nice people bring me treats and gentle touches instead of starving me and abandoning me. They tell me that soon, someone will fall in love with me and take me home to join their family. That would make me SO happy! If you are gentle and patient, please consider adopting me. All I need is a kind touch and lots of love. My location: NOWATA, OK *Please note that third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. Story
Woof! I'm Iggy, and I'm new here at Freedom Fields. My siblings and I were abandoned in the woods after our previous "owner" left us to fend for ourselves. It was scary, and we had to survive on scraps. Thankfully, a nice lady saw what happened and got BFP involved, and the team at Freedom Fields came to our rescue! I'm still getting used to all the love and care I've never had before, but I'm remarkably sweet despite what I've been through. Since being rescued, my tail has not stopped wagging! I even let the staff hold me. I'm hoping to find a patient, loving family to show me that not all humans are bad. Could that be you? My location: NOWATA, OK *Please note that third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. Story
Maple is a lab/aussie who has lots of energy and absolutely loves humans. Be aware that her energy can be a little rough for younger ones. She loves to play with cats and can play fetch and knows how to sit. She absolutely loves bath and will jump in your bathtub waiting for you to turn on the water. She is mostly potty trained as she is under a year old but has been very good when treats are involved. We got her before knowing I was pregnant and it unfortunately has taken a toll on me and my younger son isn’t too fond with her because of her energy. I am looking for someone who is able to take the time to train her and to give her to a great home!
