She is an active, medium energy pup who is up for an adventure but also content to self-entertain herself with a bone nearby.Torri gets along with other pups and people alike. She plays well with other dogs and enjoys pack walks with them, so she’d likely be fine with or without a canine sibling. Because Torri is excited to meet adults and kids alike, she’d do best with dog-savvy kids in the home. She may be a bit shy at first but warms up quickly with patience and space. She is a smart gal who’s food-motivated and eager to please. Torri is crate trained and house-trained. She is crated throughout the day when her humans are away and overnight without any issue. She has had zero accidents since coming north and does great with a regular schedule and routine. Torri’s beautiful white coat and nubby tail will surely wiggle its way into your heart- are you ready to welcome her home?NOTE: Torri is part of our Foster to Adopt program. She has a few food sensitivities and is therefore on a specially prescribed diet for food. Story
Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: Yes, with proper introsGood with cats: Unknown, likely noGood with kids: Kids 16+ Crate trained: Working on itHouse trained: YesTango is a sweet, sensitive boy looking for a wonderful furever family where he can focus all his attention on snuggling and giving his humans lots of kisses! This guy loves to stay close to his people and enjoys hopping in the car to feel the wind in his fur. At naptime, his favorite place is a dog bed or a soft and fluffy blanket in a sunny corner of the room – as long as his humans are right there with him so he can relax.Tango would do best being the only dog in his new home because having his family’s attention focused solely on him helps him to feel safe and secure. He needs an experienced dog owner, or someone that is willing to be patient with him so that he can finally feel safe and comfortable, and settle into his permanent home. This happy boy can be timid in new situations but loves any type of attention, and his tail is always wagging. He’s hoping for his new family to keep up this training.Tango is quiet in his crate for short periods of time during the day, and in his human’s bedroom at night. He also does great with gates when outside the crate; he’s never chewed things or had a house-training accident.Tango would do great in a single-family home with work-from-home (or home frequently) humans who will give him lots of attention and stay active with him. He is looking for either an adult-only home or one with kids 16+. He is eager to please, and always after some affection and a “good boy.” He will be a wonderful companion to a very lucky family! Please Note: All dogs are posted until they are officially adopted. Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: Yes, dog-savvy catsGood with kids: Yes, dog-savvy childrenCrate trained: YesHouse Trained: YesMarshall is a friendly, goofy, and lovable Lab mix who has never met a stranger—human or dog! He’s a full-grown boy who still has the heart of a puppy. If you’re looking for a playful and energetic companion, Marshall is your guy. Whether he’s playing with other dogs, chewing on his favorite toys (Nylabones are a must!), or just giving you the biggest puppy eyes, Marshall’s zest for life will keep you on your toes in the best way.Marshall is a dog that loves to play—he's been fostered with up to 8 other dogs (both male and female) and gets along swimmingly with everyone. He’s always up for a game of chase and is surprisingly fast. His ideal playmate would be a dog friend who’s either equally playful or patient enough to keep up. If he’s not playing, you’ll find Marshall chewing away on a toy. Marshall is a big fan of kids too! He’s been around children aged 6 and 8 and did great. He’s gentle and lets kids take toys from his mouth and take treats from him without issue. The same goes for cats, he’d do well with a feline that has been around a dog and not afraid to keep him in line. Marshall is crate-comfortable and house-trained. He is still working on his leash skills, but he’s prompt when it comes to potty breaks! If you're looking for a dog who's always up for fun and will keep you laughing, Marshall is ready to become a part of your family! Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted.
