Introducing Holly Berry! This young lady is estimated to be 2 years old and 45 pounds. She was found as a stray, which is truly unbelievable considering that she is so well behaved. Holly Berry is 100 percent potty trained! We do not have cats or children in our home so I can't speak to her tolerance of them. She has met multiple strangers, men and women, and has been affectionate towards all of them. She was rescued off the street, was on stray hold in a noisy Animal Control environment for 3 days before we pulled her out, took her to the vet, gave her a thorough scrubba dub dub and then took her to be spayed. She's been through a lot but she's also come a long way!!! Holly Berry is soft and snuggly, playful, petite, super smart and awesome! Holly would prefer to be an only dog and have all of your attention for herself. Will you welcome this loving pup into your family? We are a group of individuals that have come together to save the lives of animals that are in danger of being euthanized. We raise funds to fully vet the animals and to provide them with a stable home until they are adopted. All of the dogs in our Rescue are in Foster homes while they are looking for their forever family. The only time we put a dog in boarding is for a Foster to go on vacation if another Foster is not able to care for them. We appreciate your taking the time to fill out the application to adopt one of our Guardians of the Green Mile pets. The questions that we ask are to only find the right fit for all of our dogs and the families that will be adopting them. Adoption donation is $300.00 for dogs over 1 year old and $350 with a $50.00 spay / neuter deposit for puppies/dogs under 1 year old. Meet Crayola!Crayola is a young boy who is always happy! He came in as a stray (found in Hobart) in mid-January and was never claimed. He absolutely loves playing with other dogs and hopping around the play yard. He is still learning that the leash isn’t a tug toy. The staff have been working on his sits. He wants to learn soo bad! He does excited pee when getting attention... hims just can’t control it! He keeps a clean kennel during the day and waits to go potty on his walk (overnight is another story). Crayola is a goofy, amazing boy! He is a young, growing dog that will need training and time to be the dog you want him to be. Stop by and meet him!
