Story
Whirly is a 1-year-old, 56-pound neutered male Lab mix who was brought in as a stray. This energetic pup absolutely loves to run around the yard and soak up the sunshine by laying out in the grass. His zest for life is contagious, and he'll happily spend hours playing with his favorite toy, the tennis ball. Whirly is known for his easygoing nature and laid-back attitude. Not much seems to faze him, as he takes everything in stride with a wagging tail and a big smile. While Whirly’s past might be a mystery, his future is bright, and he’s looking forward to finding a forever home where he can continue to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. If you’re searching for a fun-loving and low-maintenance companion to brighten your days, Whirly might just be the perfect match for you! Whirly is up to date on his rabies vaccine, heartworm negative, and microchipped (unregistered). Story
The boarding staff says.... Nova & Theo Both Nova and Theo did great at Petsmart. They love meeting people and other dogs. Based on my time with them, I believe they are not bonded and could go to different homes. However, they get get along extremely well & make a great pair. They are currently being cared for at a boarding facility where they are easy keepers. They keep their kennel clean which makes us believe they are both housetrained. Nova is more interested in finding a person but doesn't mind a doggy companion too. Theo is just a happy boy & loves toys of all types for inside play. He doesn't seem interested in any outside activities like fetch. The boarding staff is working on his tendency to jump up when meeting people & is learning quickly. Theo enjoys yard time with other dogs but is more interested in people. Both know sit & down. We have not yet tested Nova with other dogs yet but based on what we saw yesterday she has no trouble meeting dogs. At Petsmart, dogs would come up to her while in a "down" command and she was happy to meet them. Both do not require a lot of activity. They tend to use the yard for potty purposes and then want to come back inside. Both will stay out longer if you stay in the yard with them. Story
From Princeton foster: Princeton is SO good! He is pretty self content with a rope or to lay around but also loves to be around humans and cuddle on his terms. He will follow room to room. He does amazing in the crate (not a peep or trying to get out ever) but takes a treat to get him in. He is very food motivated so easy to train. He is house broken and barks occasionally but here is no one thing that sets him off. Some times noise some times not, some times other dog barks, some times not, some times the doorbell some times not He is very strong on his leash and has some puppy energy still so he is working on leash manners and special awareness (thinks he's little will sit right on my grandma or knock down a toddler) but no ill internet anywhere is him. Just larger than life love! lol He loves the car, does not like the bath but will sit in sorrow, He loves to try and find a sock or stray left over but other wise has not tried to get anything he isn't suppose to. Loves pup cups, snores loudly, playful, and very very sweet. Dog selective. Has not met carts. Pictures incoming

Story
Six is a young happy guy! He LOVES to play. He's great with my current dogs and my cats. And is completely uninterested in my birds. He's mostly potty trained but is not entirely crate trained. He does eat in his crate and will go in fairly easily but does bark and cry for about 10 minutes or so after getting put in but he will settle. I've been able to easily take food and toys from him when needed. And he doesn't appear to resource guard with the other animals here. He doesn't really jump except 1 time after first coming out of the crate. If he gets to excited while playing he can get a little mouthy. But it's gentle and easily stopped if I make a little squeal

Story
We rescued Harley in June 2022. She had just had a litter of 14 puppies and the current owner could no longer take care of her. We were told she was 3 years old at that time, so she is estimated to be around 5 now. Due to our current life circumstances, we are unable to give Harley the love and attention she needs. She is pretty low maintenance and will lounge around all day. She is a huge cuddle bug who thinks she's a lap dog, which can be funny considering she is 70 pounds. Excellent guard dog as well. She has been spayed and chipped. She is great with kids and cats. We have 2 other dogs, one female (Mocha, who we are also re-homing) and one male. She does not seem to like male dogs. We would love for Mocha and Harley to be adopted together since they have bonded closely over the past 2.5 years. However, we understand this may not be possible. They can be pretty rambunctious at times so they will need a home with someone who has time to exercise them, take them on walks, etc.
