Story
Buck is a complete goof ball, he flops around with a huge smile on his face.  He loves following around other dogs and would benefit from a friend to learn more commands from.  He would spend all day chasing other dogs in the yard if he could.  Buck is crate trained and mostly potty trained.  He does not chew or tear apart toys.  He does great with kids but is a puppy still (Turns 1 in Oct 2024), so he might be too much for little kids, and he doesn't understand how to be gentle with cats either and does try to play with them (which they usually don't like).  Buck is still a bit skittish, but once he warms up he is a loving lap dog.  He knows "inside" and "crate", but is still learning other basic commands.  Buck overall is just a happy go lucky pup!  He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and chipped. His adoption fee is $500 To adopt Buck, email us at kakf3133@gmail.comOctober 29, 2024, 10:24 am

Story
Radar came to us as an 8 week old puppy from a local foster family. He has a very energetic fella who loves to chew on sticks bones all day…he gets a little to excited and has been jumping on our young daughter and not suitable to be able to be able to remain in this environment with young kids around. He could use some basic manner training and he would likely quickly become your new best friend. He is fully potty trained and knows basic, sit, stay, down and walks great on a leash with a harness, which will be provided with adoption. He sleeps well at night and is crate trained. Would love to find the right environment for our little buddy and will provide all dog toys, bones, accessories and $300 towards any additional cost you incur while bringing a new dog into your life. We just want him to be an environment he will succeed in

Story
🐶Meet Reba: Your New Best Friend🐶 Reba is a vibrant, young mama, just around 1 year old, who has had quite the journey. After coming from the South with her litter of puppies, she's now ready to find her forever family. Reba and her two sisters, Ruby and Robin, were left to wander the streets of Arkansas, where they faced the challenges of pregnancy and heartworm disease. But Reba's story is one of resilience—she’s raised her puppies, undergone treatment for heartworm, and is now eagerly awaiting her next chapter. A Perfect Mix of Play and Relaxation Reba's personality is a delightful blend of energy and calm. She loves nothing more than to run, play, and bask in the sun, but she also knows how to unwind and enjoy some downtime. Whether it’s chasing after a squeaky ball or snuggling up for a cozy nap, Reba is always up for whatever the day brings. A Well-Mannered Companion Reba is both potty trained and crate trained, making her a breeze to integrate into any household. She’s a quick learner who follows directions well, and her sweet nature means she gets along wonderfully with kids, other dogs, and even cats (though she might enjoy a playful chase now and then). Quirks and Charms One of Reba’s favorite games is fetch, but don’t be surprised if she turns it into a game of keep-away—she just loves to keep the fun going! Having come from a background where food was scarce, Reba might be tempted to counter surf, but she quickly learned her boundaries and responds well to a firm “Reba NO.” She’s a girl who aims to please and feels genuinely remorseful when she’s caught in a playful act of mischief. A Heart Full of Love Reba is incredibly affectionate and thrives on being close to her family. She’s a loyal companion who just wants to be loved and give love in return. If she picks up something that’s not hers, a gentle reminder is all it takes to have her sheepishly drop it, knowing she wants to be the good girl she is. Reba is ready to bring joy, love, and a touch of playful energy to her forever home. Story
Kourtney Female 36lbs ~7-8 months Terrier / Hound/ Lab...a true mixed breed! This is Kourtney! She is the sweetest most snuggly little girl. She is a little bit skittish towards new humans but once she gets to know you she is glued to your side. As soon as you get home or sit down she wants to be right there with you. She gets along great with other dogs and loves to run around and play with them. She is also happy to just hang out inside and play with her toys/nap. She is still young and is working on learning how the world works. She is almost house broken and doesn’t have any issues as long as she stays on a regular schedule. She does great in the crate while away. She still needs some work on the leash but seems to be very food motivated and is getting better day by day. She will make the most amazing addition to someone’s family. She would probably do best in a home that has another dog to help make her feel comfortable. Story
Meet Samuel - The Sweetest, Snuggliest Black Lab Mix! Samuel, also known as Sammy, is a 5-month-old, 40-pound bundle of love who came to Illinois after a rough start in Tennessee. This boy has blossomed beautifully in his foster home and is ready to find a family to love forever! Here’s what makes Sammy so special: Loves All Humans: Initially a bit timid around men, Sammy has come to adore every single person he meets! After a quick sniff, he’s ready for all the cuddles, kisses, and love you’re willing to give. Be warned – he’ll steal your heart and keep it! Quick Learner: Sammy has mastered “sit” with a little treat motivation and is eager to learn more. His intelligence and curiosity make training a breeze! Great Walker: This curious pup loves exploring the world on his walks, pausing to sniff each blade of grass and greet every stranger. He’s gentle on the leash and enjoys the journey. Tug-of-War Enthusiast: Sammy is slowly becoming a tug-of-war pro! His playful side is shining through, and he loves a good game. Potty Training Champion: Sammy is nearly fully potty trained and doing fantastic. With just a little more consistency, he’ll be all set. Snuggle Master: If you’re looking for a loyal companion to keep you warm at night, Sammy’s your guy. Just a heads-up—he snores! Not a Fan of the Crate: Due to past confinement, Sammy feels uneasy about crating. But he’s incredibly well-behaved outside of it, sleeping soundly through the night without accidents. If crated when his foster leaves, he’ll settle down after a bit and snooze until you’re back. Velcro Pup: Sammy adores his foster mom and follows her everywhere. He’s a true shadow who’ll stay close by, showering you with love and affection. If you want a devoted buddy who’ll always have your back, Sammy’s your perfect match. Sammy isn’t around other pets in his foster home, but is calm and friendly when meeting dogs on walks or through the neighbor’s fence. He’s excited to see other pups and has shown no signs of aggression. If you’re ready for a loving, loyal, and playful addition to your family, Sammy is ready to fill your life with joy! Meet Carol! Carol is a sweet and playful 18-week-old Lab mix with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! She’s already mastered crate training, walks wonderfully on a leash, and is very close to being fully housebroken. This clever girl is learning her basic commands—she’s got "sit" down, and she’s working hard on "lay" and "stay." Carol’s at the perfect puppy age where she’s learned her basic manners, knows how to entertain herself, and isn’t needy, nippy, or whiny. Carol's gentle, calm nature shines through as she plays with her toys and interacts with people of all ages. She’s fantastic with other dogs, loves to play, but always knows her boundaries and keeps things lighthearted. A quiet pup, Carol rarely barks and loves spending time with her people in peaceful moments.
