Sadly, 2 pups did not make it but we have 7 healthy, happy pups thanks to this beautiful girl. She was a great mama. Melody also arrived heartworm positive. She has started her treatment. She can be adopted while she undergoes treatment and Paws will provide the medications and instructions for her adopter. Now, on to the good stuff. Melody is such a sweet girl. She is kind of a velcro girl. She loves being with people. She'll climb out of her kennel to get back to you. She keeps a clean space. She's becoming quite playful. She likes fetch and going out to walk a bit. She is looking for a home with no other pets. She can be hesitant with men and certain other people until she feels comfortable with them. Belle is a super sweet, energetic one year old. She has an excellent recall, loves to play fetch and loves running around outside. We haven't had her long, she still needs work on house training, sadly I can no longer have her inside due to realizing my child is allergic to her! She would be better in a home with older kids as she has a tendency to jump, she is a lab MIX. It's not fair for her to be outside 24/7, she has shelter and food. She needs a family that can show her the love and affection that she deserves. Please someone come get her before it gets super cold out, if I could bring her in I would.
