Story
Moe is a 10-month old pit/lab mix with gorgeous brindle coloring and a half blue eye! He was a medical foster...fail... back in Oct 2024. Sadly, we have discovered that Moe has a heightened prey drive with small dogs...and three of our dogs are "smaller" and rescued from varied backgrounds of trauma. The issues between Moe and the smaller dogs has escalated to the point where we need to find him a better suited environment as a forever home. Moe is wonderful with people and desperately wants to please. He also does well with our large 3-yr old husky mix, however his play style is very rough... at this point, it might be best if he were in a home without dogs as he gets through his teenage years. Moe is currently at a 2-week board/train camp focusing on basic commands as well as helping him learn how to "react positively" to stimuli and dog-dog encounters. We desperately want to see him with a loving family so we are doing everything we can to help him succeed.
