Story
Meet Jack, a 14-year-old Labrador/Cocker Spaniel mix (a Spanador!). My mother and I are moving, and unfortunately, we can't take him with us. So, we are looking for a new home for him. Jack enjoys lounging around the house or in the yard for hours on end. He loves to bark and cheer when someone comes home or when it's dinner or breakfast time! He also loves car rides and going out for long walks in the park or on the trail. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his rabies vaccine. He is also current on his heartworm medication.

Story
Hello there, I am Crocs! I am a groovy, quirky older fellow who will always keep you laughing! I am a collector of toys and will hoard tennis balls, and if I hear you squeak one of my toys I will prance up to you, remove it from your clutches, and return it to its proper place on my bed. After I sniff every inch of you and determine you are a good egg, I will back my booty up to you and ask you to give me scratches. My back legs go crazyyy when I start getting good back scratches! Even though I still have lots of pep, I also settle down so nicely and love to take long afternoon snoozes. I know sit and seem to be fully housebroken, and I`m so gentle when accepting snacks. I do think I would prefer all of your attention to myself, so I`d prefer to be your one and only doggo. I would love to spend my golden years with my own collection of toys and a big ole cozy bed, so please make me the king of your castle! Let`s meet today!

Story
I am so pleased to make your acquaintance! I am Camilla, AKA Cuddle Bug. I was a shy little thing when I first arrived at ACAR, but thanks to my foster family, I`ve blossomed into my most authentic cuddle bug self! It might take me a few minutes to sniff ya and make sure you`re good people, then I`ll be snoozing in your arms before you know it. In my foster home, I was quickly getting the hang of potty training and crate training, and having another confident pup in the home really helped me come out of my shell, so I would not mind having a pup sibling! I was a little toooo interested in my kitty sibling, so no cats for me, please and thank you! As my confidence has grown, my leash manners have also improved significantly, and I love to go for peaceful strolls in the morning. How about we take a little stroll together right now? Ask to meet me!

Story
Meet Mani! A beautiful ball of energy who's looking for her perfect forever home! Mani is sweet, loving, and playful, and she'll attach herself to one special person, though she's more than happy to spread her love to the whole family. She enjoys cuddling up with her people after a fun game of fetch, and she's ready to find a home where she can thrive and be her energetic, affectionate self. Mani is crate trained, and a quick learner, which makes her an easy companion to train and enjoy. She's currently living with a 16-year-old, whom she adores, and an English Lab, with whom she loves playing. Mani is dog-selective and would do best in a home with a laid-back, submissive dog. She's not suited for a home with young children, small dogs, or cats, as she prefers her space and will do best in an environment where she can focus on bonding with her people and one or two canine companions. Mani does best with specific toys, such as a braided bone or a wood bone, and will need some gentle redirection if she gets mouthy. While she's full of energy, she is a quick learner and eager to please, making her a great fit for someone who enjoys active playtime and has the time to help her continue learning. If you're looking for a sweet and loyal companion who's ready for adventure and affection, Mani is your girl! She's excited to find a home where she can continue to learn, play, and shower her family with love!
