MEET COLE! An amazing shelter survivor, this guy has charmed his foster mom! Cole is very sweet, wonderful on the leash, GREAT with other dogs, seems to ignore cats. This incredible dog is ready for his forever! A gorgeous, handsome lab mix, he will thrive in almost any home. Ideal home for COLE? One that loves and cares for him of course; a home committed to him forever. A home that will give this young, healthy guy daily sufficient exercise and stimulation. A home with another dog or two or three would be great, but he'll do fine as solo as well. Cole is about 3 yrs old and weighs about 89 lbs. He is utd and neutered. Interested? Have questions? Please contact reboundhounds@gmail.com and his rescue will get right back to you, thanks! COLE IS IN GREENFIELD CENTER, NY

Jay is a happy energetic fella ! I’m 4 years old & 45 pounds. Jay is leash/house trained. He is also crate trained not a big fan on it but he’s passed the chewing stage ! Jay is great with other playful dogs and would enjoy dog parks, hiking and being a running buddy. Jay is not a fan of cats so needs a cat free home. Jay is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. The adoption fee is $450 if your adoption is prepaid and final prior to your dog's arrival. Story
Dear Santa, Abbey has been a v v v good girl this year and we REALLY want her to have a home of her own for Christmas. We can guarantee Christmas morning, this beauty will be the best present under the tree🎄🎄 Abbey has a secret Santa who has pledged $200 towards her adoption fee so that her family will have some extra cash in their pocket to help with her training, toys, snuggly bed, fuzzy blanket....whatever a good girl might need to settle in. She's waited SOOOO long and we're hoping the best thing to come out of 2024 is kissing Abbey goodbye and sneding her to her very own forever. xoxo All of the staff and volunteers at CPR. Update from Abbey's foster mom: Abbey is a very friendly girl, but (like me) she is easily overwhelmed with too much activity. She prefers a nice walk with a little chit chat, but she's also very comfortable just strolling along enjoying quiet time. Abbey is food / treat motivated (again, like me). She'll happily learn new tricks and training for a snack. Abbey is a little bit boy crazy (not so much like me 😆😆). 92% of the time, she'll choose attention from her man over the coercion of a toy. (See video in comments) Abbey doesn't have her own feline friend but she likes kitties just fine. (Same, girlfriend! Same.) If napping was an Olympic sport, Abbey would be 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅. (Again...same) Abbey doesn't mind children but when asked about her ideal home, she expressed a desire for a mature home without a lot a activity and noise. (This girl is 💯 my spirit animal!!) If Abbey sounds like your dream dog, we'd love to start the adoption process at cprdogs.com. In celebration of our Clear the Shelters month long kick off, Abbey's fee has been sponsored by her secret admirer. 🥰🥰 Thank you Greater Good Charities , WeRescue , Hill’s Pet Nutrition and Clear the Shelters for including us this year! Staff & volunteer favorite, Abbey is 1.5 years old, potty trained, and an all around Very Good Girl. She gets along great with other dogs when she is out and about and she is SO happy to meet new people. Abbey has a moderate energy level, she is smart, eager to please, and walks nicely on the leash- the total package. And such a goof when she gets to doing her zoomies! While Abbey is fantastic, she does need an adopter that is comfortable and willing to work with her on some resource guarding issues. Abbey was adopted as a puppy and likely when she exhibited resource guarding behaviors they were not corrected, so rather than learning how to manage those insecure feelings about toys & food being taken from her, that behavior was allowed to continue. Now, Abbey needs a household that is dog savvy enough to respect her boundaries when she has food/ toys and is willing to work with a trainer to teach Abbey appropriate responses to her feelings of concern over someone taking away her food/ toys. We know every potential adopter isn't up for this, but we also know that the right adopter will be rewarded for their efforts when they are able to add this amazing dog to their household. While Abbey is great meeting kids and playing with other dogs outside of her home, due to her resource guarding issues she does need a home without other animals or small children that may not be respectful of her toys/ food. Abbey is a great dog and she will blossom in the right environment. If you think that might be you, we'd love to chat with you about Abbey! Abbey is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms. Story
My name is Nyssa which means New Beginnings. I started out with mange, skinny and my eyes were sealed together with infection. Then CPR rescue found me and saved me. ❤️! Oh goodness how my world has changed!!! I am 100 % well, healthy and happy! I love everyone! I play great with other playful happy dogs around my size. I also have learned about cuddling and giving kisses which makes me so happy and humans say I am precious because of it. My first visit loose in the house, I thought the coffee table was my throne so I stood on it and felt special. But my foster parents explained that is not a good behavior or my throne. I have slowly learned to act more mannerly and humble. I love my Nyla bone to put me to sleep. Don’t tell anyone but it is my pacifier, as you call it in the human world. Oh, and let’s talk about my golden eyes!🐶 My foster mom and dad said I am the best crate dog they have ever had! I go in quietly and let them cook, eat, clean and watch tv. They give me a treat also so I will go in and out of the crate any time they allow 🐕. Bottom line, I am wanting my own person or family since I know that is going to be my forever destination. I sure hope someone that sees this says I am worthy to be loved by them. I promise to love you more. My foster mom will gladly talk to you about me. She really loves me. Nyssa is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested negative for heartworms.
