Story
Hi I'm Cali!  I'm a real fun and happy puppy that is really enjoying my time here in my foster home until I find my forever! I am about 5 months old, and probably a shepherd lab mix. You may not be able to tell in the pictures, but I have a beautiful black coat with brown undertones. I live with 2 other dogs and a cat, so would be successful in a home with either of those. I learned how to play fetch and really like that, and am working on my leash walking skills as well. I'm learning quickly and am enjoying my training sessions. I'm looking for a loving home that will continue my training and socialization, and show me all the cool things to do in Colorado!  If you're interested in meeting me please fill out an application at www.thegooddogrescue.org (If you already have an approved application, please email thegooddogrescueadoptions@gmail.com with your interest in me!) My adoption fee is $350 and I will be spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations for my age ##2288578##

Story
Hi there, I’m Sweetie! My foster parents gave me that name because, well… I’m just that sweet! I love people, I love dogs, and I just want to be loved in return.I’m the kind of dog who’s eager to learn and eager to please. Want to teach me a new trick? I’m all in! Need an adventure buddy? I’m great off-leash and will stick by your side on hikes, XC skiing, or just hanging out in the yard. I get along great with other dogs and would love a furry sibling to play with. I’m also gentle with kids and happy to be part of a family. A yard would be a bonus since I love playing outside, but most of all, I just want a person to love forever. If you’re looking for a loyal, smart, and loving best friend, I think we’d be a perfect match. Come meet me—I can’t wait to wag my way into your heart!  Please note that I am fostered in Frisco so meets will either be up there or half way to Denver If you're interested in meeting me please fill out an application at www.thegooddogrescue.org (If you already have an approved application, please email thegooddogrescueadoptions@gmail.com with your interest in me!) My adoption fee is $350 and I am spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations ##2238023##

Story
Star is a wonderfully bright puppy who is good with puppy pads and loves to play with toys. She is a dignified and independent dog who is affectionate, gentle, and loving. She is a very smart girl who is food motivated making her easy to train. She can be a silly girl, jumping and playing with you at times. She is the last of her litter, and so she is in need of a loving home to care for her as she grows into adulthood. Star is a friendly dog who would be a great addition to any home. However, we are not certain whether she is good with other dogs, so she would do best in a home where she is the only pet. If you are interested in adopting Star, please come to the shelter today to meet her!

Story
Goofball alert! Bobo is such a lovable dog! He is gentle and kind, and fit right in with everyone: adults, children, and dogs. He sits, lays down, waits for his food until he is told OK, and then he lies completely on the floor while he eats! He plays, “Go find” where he sits while someone throws treats around and tells him to go find them. He gives paw as well. His ears, it appears, will stay in the "one up/one down" situation forever! He adores water and will be a total paddle board partner, and has positive energy for walking or hiking as well. Bobo even walks well on a leash. He is happy running around the yard and being able to get his unspent energy out. He would prefer an energetic friend, whether as a person or another dog, as he does have a lot of energy and he loves to play. He sleeps in his crate all night as well as when his people go out, and has no issues with that at all. He does love to snuggle at night and enjoys attention. His quirks: Bobo does still jump up out of excitement to say hello. He does have a counter-surfing obsession if anything is left out on a counter, and he does enjoy gloves and hats and glasses. He searches at times for them and then runs around the house with them. He can have a somewhat belligerent streak as far as listening, so someone who has had a cattle dog previously and can be a gentle alpha would be perfect. Bobo is as lovable as they come, though, and would love to find his right place!

Story
Lucy is an angel dog, but is not thriving in her current living situation. My husband and I work at least 12 hours a day outside of the house and she does not enjoy being home alone that long. She would thrive in a home that has someone around more often and does not have other dogs. She is crate, leash and house trained. She is formally obedience trained. She is a super loving family dog and does well with small children. She has been attacked by a dog so is wary of other dogs. Please help us find her a new loving home.
