Story
We rescued Penny about 6 years ago. She can be aggressive with other animals at first. But then turns into a sweetheart. She will not bite, just bark loudly and look mean. She loves kids and attention. She will cuddle up and ask for belly rubs. Sad to have to give her up, but I have been moving too often with my job and it is not fair for her and can’t give her the attention she deserves.

Hello, this handsome fella is Henry. He is 6 years old, a big Teddy bear and loves chasing birds. I am helping my mother find Henry a new home. She is retiring soon and will be downsizing. The listing shows as a year old because we had posted our dog Bailey here a year ago but was able to keep her. She's doing great. We just repurposed the original posting.

Story
Daisy is a 2-year-old fixed Lab mix weighing roughly 55 pounds. She is fully vaccinated and crate-trained at night. She has high energy and thrives on attention and interaction. She would do best with an owner who can provide regular exercise. She knows basic commands including sit, lay down, and stay. She walks well using a gentle-lead. She enjoys strong chew toys and bones. With other animals, she can become overbearing. She does not always recognize boundaries and would likely do best as the only dog. Around young children, she can be unintentionally rough due to her excitement level. She would do best in a home with older children. Daisy shows reactivity toward barriers such as fences and will push against them when there's activity outside the yard. She has damaged fencing in the past during these episodes. She is loving, and affectionate with a big personality who will flourish in the right environment. We have her on a salmon diet. She doesn't process chicken well.

Story
Armoni is a sweet, gentle soul who’s ready to start his next chapter - with you. He loves adventures and truly enjoys doing things alongside his human. He does great in the car, likes to get out and explore, and shows how proud he is when he tries something new - especially with a little encouragement and support. He’s the type of dog who blossoms as his confidence grows. When meeting new people, Armoni can be a bit standoffish at first and is still working through some anxiety, but his response is gentle and endearing. He’ll choose to quietly tuck himself behind your legs rather than react negatively. Once he gets to know you, he’s incredibly sweet, enjoys his pets, and loves being told what a good boy he is. From trainers who’ve worked with him: Armoni is willing, thoughtful, and eager to please. He’s been around other dogs and did well with them. He’s truly a dog who wants to connect, learn, and share life’s adventures with his person. Armoni is ready to go - ready for the car ride home, ready for new experiences, and ready to give his heart to someone special. Interested in learning more about him? Armoni is currently with a trainer in Durango, CO. We're open to a 30-day foster-to-adopt trial for the right person. Please submit a no obligation adoption application to discuss a meeting. ##1765111##

Story
Some dogs fill a house with noise and chaos. Rocky fills it with love. He's the dog who greets you like you hung the moon, curls up beside you like he's always belonged there, and looks at you with eyes that ask just one thing — will you be my person? Between the shelter in NM and his foster in CO, he's been waiting over a year for the answer. And he hasn't stopped believing it's coming. Who Is Rocky? Rocky is exactly what his name suggests — solid, steady, and unwavering. He's not flashy or demanding. He's the kind of dog who simply shows up for you, every single day, with quiet loyalty and a whole lot of love. He's past the chaos of puppyhood and has grown into a calm, confident adult with great manners and an even better heart. Once Rocky knows you're his person, he is all in — your shadow, your sidekick, your best friend. Life with Rocky Adventure buddy. Rocky thrives when he's active and outdoors. Hiking trails, weekend trips, afternoon walks — he's ready. He doesn't just tolerate the adventures; he lives for them. World-class snuggler. After a long day outside, there's nothing Rocky loves more than curling up right next to you. He gives as much as he gets. Social and well-mannered. Rocky gets along beautifully with other dogs and handles new meet-and-greets like a pro. He's perfectly content as an only pet, but he wouldn't say no to a four-legged friend. The perfect co-pilot. Rocky loves car rides and has already logged visits to Lowe's and Chewy's like the well-behaved gentleman he is. Road trip, anyone? Ready to move in. Rocky is fully crate trained, house trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. He's not a project — he's a gift. What Rocky Needs Rocky is looking for an active family or individual who will include him in their life — not just give him a yard, but give him a place. Someone who will take him on the trails, let him ride shotgun, and save him a spot on the couch at the end of the day. He's been patient. He's been good. He's been waiting. All Rocky wants is a family to call his own. Could that be you? ##2554688##
