Hello! My name is Sonny and I'm a 1-year-old, neutered lab mix that currently weighs about 60lbs. I'm a bouncy and rambunctious boy that Loves to learn! If you are an active family looking for a new energetic friend who gives the best doggy kisses then I might be the perfect addition to your family! I'm ready for adventure and I love meeting new people, but I need some practice with meeting other dogs. I really want to be the goodest boy I can be!  For more information about me, just ask Customer Service about Sonny! Story
Meet Buster, the lovable Labrador/Shepherd mix with a heart as big as his playful spirit. Despite his rough start in life, Buster's resilience shines through in every wag of his tail and every bounding leap of joy. This smart and silly guy is always up for an adventure, whether it's exploring new trails or chasing after his favorite toys. But don't let his playful antics fool you—Buster also has a soft side. He's a cuddle connoisseur, always ready to snuggle up close for some quality bonding time. In fact, he's a bit of a velcro pup, sticking by your side like glue wherever you go. Buster's journey hasn't been easy. Tragically, his previous owner was murdered, and none of the family members came forward to claim him. Despite the hardships he's faced, Buster's zest for life remains undimmed. Unfortunately, the trauma he experienced left him scared and anxious in the shelter environment, leading the shelter to deem him "unadoptable." But who can blame him? Witnessing a murder and then being stolen and dropped off in a loud, scary, and cold place would shake anyone to the core. His story didnt end there. He was happily adopted by what we thought would be his forever home but alas we got a call from animal control and he was left in their parking lot after hours just roaming around aimlessly looking for his family. We got the call and got him as soon as the stray hold was up. Countless texts and calls to the previous owners with no response lead us to believe that they abandoned him. Left alone and discarded when was no longer a cute small puppy. Now, he's looking for a forever home where he can continue to spread his infectious joy and receive all the love and attention he deserves. He is good with dogs and cats and kids over 8 years. Buster is eager to learn and ready to become your loyal companion for life. If you're ready to welcome a furry friend into your home, Buster is waiting to steal your heart. For more photos and videos please see our website www.hdbnqrescue.org/bitches ##2015696##

Story
Dolly, spayed female, 3y-5-m-old, 44-lbs If you would like to give DOLLY a forever home, please contact abetterchancerescue@gmail.com OR log onto abetterchancerescue.org to fill out online application Dolly has an easy-going temperament, very playful and lively. She loves people and is sociable around other dogs and stays calm when meeting cats. She is potty trained and crate trained to sleep overnight; not a chewer or barker. Dolly is most suitable for an outdoor loving family, and/or as an addition to family with dog. Dolly’s rescue story: Driving home during a stormy night, the rescuer spotted a dark moving object in-between the traffic lanes. When she stopped her car to check it out, she found Dolly moving toward her slowly, wagging her tail. She didn’t seem injured but apparently had difficulty moving. Dolly followed the rescuer to her car and off to the hospital they went. The doctor’s diagnostic was that Dolly simply suffered from starvation. Under the care of her foster family, Dolly regained her hearth and received proper training. But being a dog with black color coat has hardly any chance to be adopted by local people. Hopefully Dolly can start her new life aboard.
