Story
Long, lanky, silly, funny, fun, sensitive AND smart--that's our Teddy! This young pup has a zest for life and a spunky energetic demeanor. He loves to be outside, loves to play and he loves to run! If dogs were race horses...or vice versa... He came to us all the way from New York where he had been raised in a family home until they realized they could not provide proper outlets for his energy nor give him the attention that he craved. So now we are on the search for someone who can appreciate his enthusiasm for life and his playful nature. The sweet thing about Teddy is, he is a bonder. It might take him a minute while in the meantime, THE WORLD IS OUT THERE GRABBING HIS ATTENTION. He has a confident and independent side, but as his relationship grows with a person, so does he. If you are a handler or partner who likes working/being in relationship with your dog, Teddy could be a phenomenal match. Teddy is still quite young and not completely aware of where his body is in space, so if he gets the zoomies, you might watch out! This is just one more enticing thing about him, though. He is still so moldable and with the right person who knows how to guide and channel his zests, watch out world! This kid is going to be amazing some day. He already kinda is, but he is the kind of pup who will just get better and better as he matures, learns and trusts more, most likely earning the title of: BEST DOG I EVER HAD!

Story
Luna is a 4 yr old lab husky mix, who is lovable, well mannered, and a perfect companion. She responds well to basic obedience commands. She adapts well to your schedule, and will wait to be taken to the bathroom if you do not want her to go in your backyard. She is very smart so you can teach her new tricks especially if you reward her with a treat. She doesn’t bite on furniture or shoes, she will only bite on her bones and to her toys. Unfortunately we need to rehome her because my wife is highly allergic to dogs which we didn’t know to what degree until we had her. We tried to make it work but unfortunately it is too much for my wife.

Story
Zoey is a true ZINGER and she would like you to throw the ball for her, please! Her favorite thing in the entire world is playing fetch and she is really, really good at it. She will place it delicately in your hand and politely look at you until you comply with her wishes...THROW THAT BALL, PLEASE! This girl is super crazy fun and maybe only just a teeny tiny bit wildebeest. She just enjoys life and everything in it! (which could be you...!) This is the way one of our staff described her and it kind of says it all: Zoey is sweet as can be and wanting nothing but to work with her partner. A perfect pup to snuggle up with and watch all the holiday movies, and still go outside for any adventure her person wants to do. She is one of those special dogs who will thrive wherever she is loved. Zoey is the kind of dog you can fall in love with before you even meet her! Beautiful inside and out. She came to us via a shelter in Klamath, OR, where she had been found as a stray. Because of her love of toys, we said, ‘Yes, please!’ However, once this Zinger got here, we realized she loved many other things too and didn’t really want to commit to having a 9-5 job every day... She loves hikes and sniffaris. She’s fit, athletic, energetic, and would LOVE a sport. She likes a good cuddle and a nice chew on her bone after an active session of WHATEVER you want to do together. She is up for anything, super smart, eager to please, and has all the raw ingredients to make an amazing, loving, fun, best friend. Did you ever have a friend, that no matter how dark and dreary your mood was, you couldn’t help but smile and maybe even LOL because that’s the way they made you feel without even trying? Well, that’s Zoey. She wants you to be as happy as she is and will do whatever it takes to make it so!

Story
This sweet wiggle butt could use a soft landing (for once!) Her name is Remi and she recently came back to us when her owner unexpectedly passed away. They were great friends and she enjoyed zooming around his yard and cuddling together on the couch. She had dog friends and kid friends and was loved by everyone who met her. She just needs a little bit more of the same, please! She originally to us came from Utah where her family had to give her up when they moved. She had been raised by them since she was a puppy and lived in a household with kids and another dog. She exhibited the drive (a boldness and intensity) we look for in our dogs, but ultimately, it was not quite enough for the type of work we train our dogs for. She still loves toys, is full of energy and has that drivey spirit we love so much! But she truly is a social creature and craves the company of humans (and other dogs too!) She is the perfect size too for sharing a couch! She's a little bit older now, but you'd never know it, she has lots of puppy spirit left in her (the good kind, not the pee-all-over-the-floor-kind) She is kind and funny and loves to snuggle. She loves to play. Her overall spirit has not diminished even with all her upheavals and change. She would make an excellent companion dog for a family or an active partner. She might like some dog sports -- she's fairly athletic in build. We do know she would like another home, though, preferably sooner than later. If you feel like igniting the flame in your heart, she will make it burn brighter! Guaranteed!
