Rollo is an 8-year-old Yellow Lab with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging! Affectionate and friendly, Rollo is a true charmer who loves being around his people and is always eager to please. Rollo is a laid-back yet playful companion. His favorite activity? Fetch! If you're looking for a loyal friend who will happily chase a ball for hours, Rollo is your guy. Despite his love for playtime, Rollo also knows when to give you space, staying close by but not crowding you. He's people-focused and thrives on human interaction, making him a fantastic family dog. Rollo rides well in the car and is more than happy to join you on adventures. He would do best in a home where he can get regular walks or have access to a good-sized yard to play in. Rollo already knows the commands "sit" "drop" and "down" he is super smart! Though he's 8, he's still full of energy and loves his daily exercise. Rollo is well-mannered and has that classic Labrador charm that wins over everyone he meets. Rollo would fit in perfectly with an active family or individual who can provide him with daily walks or a yard to enjoy his favorite game of fetch. His friendly and affectionate nature makes him a great companion for households that are looking for a loyal and fun-loving dog. Rollo needs to be the only pet in the home. Story
Meet Blizzard, an approximately 3-month-old female Labrador Retriever mix. Blizzard was brought in to the shelter after she and her sister were dumped. After completing a stray hold with no owner coming forward, Blizzard is now looking for the new loving home that she deserves. As you would expect with a young puppy, Blizzard is super active and loves to play! She will also require much dedicated training, including potty training. She is a sweet heart with people and the other dogs she has met here and we are sure she’ll adapt to whatever comes her way. Please remember that puppies are a huge commitment that can exceed 10-15 years and a potential owner should be in it for the long haul. A potential owner should be knowledgeable on the risks of Parvo and the measures taken to prevent it. Blizzard has had her first DAPP shot, but she still needs at least 2 boosters before she can be out and about in public. Blizzard has an appointment set for her spay, rabies vaccination and microchip on 01/23/25. If you are interested in meeting Blizzard, call the shelter at 928-636-4223, ext. 7 to make an appointment today!
