Story
Grace is about 4.5 years old. She’s been a momma dog to one of my special needs dogs. Unfortunately, I relocated and there’s no yard for her to run around in and she loves being outside. She’s been a great dog since she was a puppy. She’s not super high energy or maintenance. She just needs a yard or someone that can take her on walks. I just work long hours.

Story
If you are looking for a big dog that hates to leave the house....ie no walks needed. Who is gentle, quiet and housetrained....and could easily be an only dog look no further....Chuck is your guy! He loves to be at home with his people and is fine being an only dog! He loves to walk around a yard and rest in the sun! He is fine at home and not destructive! He just would love a quiet household where he can watch TV, lay by his people and have a few snacks! Low energy is his favorite mode. He will jump around to great you in the am and when you come home but otherwise he is a quiet and sweet guy.  Chuck would prefer to never go for a walk! His home is his castle and as a guy who was without a home for 5 long years his goal is to never leave his home:) He loves soft dog beds, cheese, quiet people and being at home!  Chuck does need a home with a securely fenced yard.  If you have questions about Chuck his foster would be happy to talk with you:) Mary 602 568 5219 please feel free to call after 5 or on the weekends or texting is great too! Chuck has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee of $350 helps offset the cost of medical expenses. If you live in the Phoenix metro area and think Chuck could be the right fit for you, please complete an  application found on our website:     Application *Please note that the application is not a commitment to adopt–it is a tool   used to help determine if a dog and applicant would make a good match. Story
Hi my name is Jack! I love people, petting, and all the attention I can get. Car rides, hiking, going for walks, and guarding the yard are some of the things I like to do. I really like stuffed animals, but don’t usually chew them up, just carry them around. I get along with most dogs, but if challenged I will defend myself. I was starved before my foster family took me in, so I guard my food and bones from other dogs. I’m happy to share with my humans though. I love people so much! Currently I live with several dogs from 4-80 pounds and play nicely with all of them. My foster mom would be happy to bring me over to meet your dogs and see if we could be friends. When can we go for a ride?!

Meet Loki The Sweet, Energetic Pup Ready for His Forever Home! Loki is a lovable, high-energy puppy who will steal your heart with his playful personality and adorable face. He’s always up for a game of fetch, a good run, or any activity that gets him moving! Lokis affectionate and friendly nature makes him a magnet for love, and he thrives on attention and companionship. We adopted Loki after a friend found him dehydrated and in need of a home. While he’s brought so much joy to our lives, his playful energy hasn’t been the best match for our older male dog. So, with heavy hearts, we’re seeking a new home where Loki can thrive with a family that has the time, energy, and love to match his vibrant spirit. If you’re looking for a sweet, active companion who will bring endless fun and love into your life, Loki might be the perfect fit for you. Please reach out to learn more about this wonderful pup!

PLEASE NOTE: This dog is courtesy posted for another individual or Rescue. Different policies and fees may apply. **Meet Carmella!** Carmella is a sweet 4-5-year-old pup who’s been through a lot, losing her home and now waiting patiently for a forever family to call her own. She’s a gem on a leash, rides well in the car, and takes her treats with the utmost gentleness. Carmella is a smart girl who knows her basic commands and is eager to please. She’s best suited for a home without small dogs, cats, or children, as she can be a bit bossy with other dogs and feels nervous around new people. For her comfort, it’s ideal to give her some space, like a crate or another room, when visitors come by. Carmella is looking for a calm, relaxed environment where she can unwind and enjoy life with her special person.  She would do best in a secure yard where she can explore safely, under supervision, to ensure she doesn’t find a way out. Before heading home, Carmella would love to meet any resident humans and dogs to make sure it’s a perfect fit. If you’re searching for a loyal companion to share peaceful days with, Carmella is ready to fill that role in your heart and home. Story
**Meet Sonny, the Sweetest Shadow You'll Ever Meet!**  Sonny is a lovable 3–4-year-old lab mix who's had quite the journey but is ready to find his forever home. Despite his rocky start, Sonny's heart is as big as his love for cuddles. This handsome guy is house and crate trained, and he’s a pro on the leash—perfect for those long, relaxing walks. Sonny is the ultimate couch potato, always happy to snuggle up and binge-watch your favorite shows. He’s got a calm and easygoing vibe, making him a great fit for homes with cats, small animals, or other dogs (after a proper introduction, of course). Sonny would love a home where he can be with his person most of the time. While he’s okay in his crate while you’re at work, he’d prefer to spend his days as your loyal sidekick. Whether it’s walking, napping, or just hanging out, Sonny is ready to be your best buddy. Sonny Bunny is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and eager to start his next adventure with you. PLEASE NOTE: This dog is courtesy posted for another individual or Rescue. Different policies and fees may apply. Adopt Crane! Meet Crane, a handsome 1-year-old Labrador mix with a heart full of love and a spirit ready for adventure. Despite a rough start in life, spending most of it in a backyard with his siblings and facing euthanasia at the shelter, Crane has blossomed into a wonderful companion thanks to his dedicated foster. Crane has already mastered the basics—he's potty trained, crate trained, and even knows how to use a dog door like a pro! This social butterfly loves the company of other dogs and would thrive in a home with a furry friend to play with. He's happiest when he has a yard to run around in, chasing balls and enjoying the fresh air. This sweet boy is also highly treat-motivated, making training a breeze. However, Crane can be a bit shy around new people and will need some patience and understanding as he learns to trust. A quiet, loving home with patient owners who can continue to work on his confidence would be ideal for Crane. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this special pup, please consider giving Crane the forever family he deserves. Contact us to arrange a meet-and-greet today! And if you're looking for double the love, his brother Sparrow is also available for foster or adoption.  If you are interested in meeting this dog, please fill out either the Foster or Adopt application below  Adopt: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/FPP/Dog   Foster: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/foster/FPP/Dog   Call/Text 928-207-0302 November 12, 2024, 6:23 pm
