Story
Happy was rescued a year ago by us. My Husband is quite sick and requires more work. I am unable to take care of this energetic dog with walks and activities she needs. She takes a little time to get used to other people, but once she does, she is a happy, loving, fun dog. She has been to obedience training and knows many commands. She loves the outdoors, running. Good with a single person young couple or family with teens.

Story
Hi there! My name is Ethall, and I’m on a mission to find my forever home. Let me tell you a little bit about myself and why I think we could be the perfect match! My journey so far started with me and my siblings being surrendered to animal control. It was scary and very loud there, but the people were very nice. They contacted Central Arizona Animal Rescue and arranged for them to take us in and give us the care we needed. When I first arrived, I was in pretty rough shape, we were underweight, with poor skin and a distended belly from parasites. But at Central Arizona Animal Rescue we got all the food we could eat, we got medicated baths for our skin, and they gave us medicine to get rid of those nasty parasites! But thanks to all the love and care I received, I’m now a healthy, happy pup! I am a big spirit in a small package. I might not be the biggest pup around, but I have a heart full of love and a spirit that shines bright! I love hanging out with the bigger puppies and showing them that size doesn’t matter when it comes to having fun or taking a nap. I am a people person. I absolutely adore being around people. Whether it’s cuddling on the couch or in your arms, playing in the yard, or just being the center of attention, I’m happiest when I’m with my humans. I am healthy and ready to go home. I’m current on all my vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. I’m all set and ready to join your family! I’m looking for a family who will love me unconditionally and give me the attention I crave. In return, I’ll be your loyal companion, always ready to bring joy and laughter into your life. If you think we could be a perfect match, come visit me at Central Arizona Animal Rescue. Please send an e-mail to mike@caaronline.org to set up an appointment to meet me, Ethall. If you are unable to adopt me, please share my video to help me find my forever home. For the other dogs available for adoption or to make a donation to help us, visit www.caaronline.org. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Tictok at www.facebook.com/centralarizonaanimalrescue, www.instagram.com/centralarizonaanimalrescue, and www.tiktok.com/@centralarizona. I can’t wait to meet you and start our new adventure together!   PLEASE e-mail (do not call) mike@caaronline.org for more information and to set up an appointment to adopt. Do not e-mail us with a request to call you, if you have a question, please ask in the e-mail.   All dogs are adopted on a first come - first served basis. Central Arizona Animal Rescue is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation. We are located in San Tan Valley, AZ. If you have other dogs already, you must bring them for introduction prior to adoption. When she arrived, she was in rough shape—neglected, emaciated, and suffering from severe infections on her back paws. Despite missing her back paw pads and having paws that are larger than normal, Darla doesn’t let anything slow her down. She loves to play, run around, and go on walks with her tail wagging the entire time. Darla LOVES being with her fur pack and is incredibly affectionate and sweet. She’s crate trained, house trained, and uses a doggy door like a pro. Darla enjoys chewing on bones, playing ball, and riding in the car—she’s the ultimate co-pilot! This smart girl knows how to sit and listens attentively to commands. Her joyful spirit and wagging tail make it impossible not to smile when you’re around her. Darla is looking for a forever home where she can spend her golden years surrounded by love and care. Once you meet her, you won’t be able to resist falling in love with this happy, sweet, and resilient girl. Could you be the one to give Darla the loving home she deserves?Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 18, 2025, 9:24 pm

Story
Adopt Nato this Holiday Season! 🎁 Meet Nato, the sweet Labrador mix who's ready to spend the holidays—and a lifetime—by your side! Born in April 2021, Nato has a heart full of kindness and was an amazing mom to her pups. While she’s a bit shy with new people, she’s come so far in her foster home and is learning to trust and open up more each day. With a little patience and love, Nato is blossoming into the affectionate, loyal companion she’s meant to be! Nato loves to play with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine buddy who enjoys a good rough-and-tumble session. She's a toy-destroying pro (watch out, squeakers!), loves tough chew toys, and is always ready for a game of tug-of-war. Oh, and did we mention? Nato’s a big fan of treats—what dog isn’t?! She’s crate-trained and loves her cozy naps in her crate. Nato walks beautifully on a leash and is eager to please, even though she’s still learning some basic commands. With a little time, patience, and consistent love, Nato’s playful, sweet personality will truly shine. This holiday season, could Nato be the furry companion you’ve been waiting for? Apply now to meet this special girl and start your journey together https://forms.gle/7dTuG94nZKd839c2A

Adopt Jude! 🐾💙 Born 9/12/2024, Jude is a lovable and playful Lab Mix from the Chicago Litter. He’s a joyful puppy with plenty of energy and a heart full of love. Here’s a little more about this sweet boy: • Water Enthusiast: Jude LOVES water! Whether it’s flipping his water dish to play in or splashing around in the yard, he’s always ready for a water adventure. • Happy Wiggle Butt: When Jude’s tail is wagging, his entire body wiggles with excitement! He’s a happy boy who loves attention and affection. • Playful and Fun: He enjoys playing chase with other dogs and can even entertain himself by running in circles chasing his own tail. His energy is endless! • Crate Trained & Housebroken: Jude is fully crate trained and potty trained. He’s also learned how to ring the bells on the door to let you know when he needs to go out. • Car Rides: He rides calmly in the car and enjoys being on the go. • Great with Kids and Pets: Jude does fantastic with kids as young as 1 and 2 years old, never jumping or knocking them over. He also gets along wonderfully with cats and won’t bother them at all. • Cuddly & Affectionate: He loves snuggling and will calmly stay in your arms while you hold him, offering sweet kisses. • Needs Chew Toys: Jude loves having something to chew on to keep busy, so make sure he has plenty of toys to entertain him, especially to prevent any digging in the yard. • Food Time: We feed everyone separately to avoid any issues, but he’s perfectly fine when treats are given to everyone. • Training: Jude is still working on his “sit” command, but he’s made great progress and is almost there. Jude is a fun-loving, well-rounded pup who’s ready for his forever family. If you’re looking for a playful, loving, and water-loving companion, Jude could be the perfect fit! Could Jude be the perfect companion for you? 🐶 Apply now to meet him: https://forms.gle/7dTuG94nZKd839c2A #lcdrjude
