He's clear for take off! Flint is officially ready to find his forever home! He's cute, funny, and playful. He and his littermate were found dumped and tied together, but that's not getting him down! He's working on his social skills. He's been trying to figure out this 'leash walking thing' and does it in his own Flint way-starting out with a crawl. He's a smart pupper and is looking forward to having family that will help him to reach his full potential! Feel free to call the shelter if you would like more info on Flint.

Story
Will Sit For Treats Mack is an 11 month old Labrador mix weighing in at 50lbs. This sweet boy is the smartest in all the land. Mack is a quick learner, he does love treats and he knows if he does what he is supposed to do he is sure to get one. With one brown eye and one blue eye this boy is just so pretty. Mack has the best howl, when he shows it off we are pretty sure he is telling you just how much he loves you. This boy loves running around the yard and is guilty of sometimes running in the house when he is excited. Being outside makes Mack happy but not as much as being with his people. Mack has mastered his doggie manners. He is crate, leash and potty trained. Mack does great with baths and even nail trims too. Great with other dogs, Mack would love a playmate in his new home. Very treat and food motivated, Mack sits on command and immediately when he comes in from outside in anticipation of a yummy treat. A securely fenced in yard is ideal in Mack’s new home for safe play. Affectionate and low key, Mack has figured out he gets treats for being a good boy. What he hasn’t figured out is why he doesn’t have a home of his own. This amazing guy is ready for his very own person. Could it be you? All of our animals are fully vetted which includes spay/neuter, up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested and treated if necessary, up to date on flea/tick/heartworm prevention and microchipped) prior to adoption. To start the adoption process please fill out (https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/WAG/Dog) and please read our requirements located in the application.

Story
We are writing with a bittersweet heart as we look for a loving new home for our dog, Jax. He has been a cherished part of our family, and this decision has not been made lightly. Jax is a sweet and affectionate companion who loves to snuggle and enjoys being around adults. He loves walks and hiking (very good on leash w/gentle leader and was previously e-collar trained). He is full of personality and brings so much joy to those who get to know him. However, Jax has developed some territorial behavior and food aggression that we have been unable to fully manage with a new toddler in the home. While he is gentle and loving most of the time, he can become possessive around food and certain spaces. We believe Jax would do best in a home with someone experienced in handling dogs with these behaviors, ideally without young children or other pets. Jax still has so much love to give!
