Blade is a 4 year old Lab/ pit mix! He was brought into the clinic to be euthanized because he was heartworm positive and his owner couldn't afford to treat. Thankfully the doctor decided against that and we are looking to find him a new home. Blade is very sweet and loves attention. He is a people dog with lots of energy! He is treat motivated and kennel trained. He is a talker too! His adoption fee is $85 and he has already been neutered, vaccinated and and heartworm treatment is started!

Story
Rehoming our two mixed black labs, Diesel (male all black) is 5.5 years old, fixed. Daisy (female black with white chest) is 5 years old, fixed. Both Diesel and Daisy were rescued as puppies, we got diesel at 2 months old and daisy at 3 months old, so as you can imagine this was a very hard and heavy decision. They’ve lived together ever since with us along with a cat. They’re very friendly with other animals, babies and people. They’re both very well trained! They don’t really bark especially Diesel, we’ve only heard him bark a handful of times. Daisy on the other hand will give out a warning bark if she hears something but she listens very well when you tell her good girl and to stop. We don’t really want to rehome them but due to unforeseen circumstances we feel we need to. We just want them to get the attention and love they deserve. Ideally we would love to be able to keep in touch with the family that homes them. I have a million other pictures of them, if you’re interested.

Story
Please we are in desperate need of help in rehoming a pet. Reason for rehoming: My 24 year old grandson is autistic, 8 months ago he was tricked into taking female mix breed dog that was about 2 months old. A man at a car show told him here hold her, go ask your parents if you can have her. When he went back to return the dog the man was gone. My grandson is no longer able to care for her and we have exhausted all means in finding her a good home. Dog Information: Lola is medium size, female, mixed breed, black & white dog approximately 1-year-old. Up to date on shots, records at Davis Hwy Animal Hospital. House Broken: Properly taken out she will not use the house but has had accidents over longer period of time. When we took Lola to the vet, we were informed her right paw was broken in 3 separate places which has since healed. Apparently she had been severely abused from her previous owner. Lola is the most loyal, loving, very playful dog anyone could hope for.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This adorable boy is Pongo and I bet by looking at him, you can guess where his name came from, especially with those freckled ears!  Pongo was an unwanted stray in Prichard, Alabama. An Amazing Rescuer was there to pick up another dog but when Pongo saw her leave with the dog, he began running after her! She was worried Pongo would end up on the nearby busy highway, so she stopped and took him in. We believe Pongo is a Lab mix who was born around 9/7/19 and currently weighs 60 pounds. Since he's a medium sized dog, we like to recommend a home with a fenced backyard to keep an active dog like this happy. If you are active and have plans for him to get daily exercise and socialization, not having a fence is not a disqualifier.  Pongo is great with other dogs, okay with cats, and absolutely adores kids.  Pongo is so sweet and gentle and would make a terrific family pet. Due to his past neglect, he does have heartworms, which isn't a surprise, but we are treating him with slowkill medication and that's included in his adoption fee. We have also seen resource guarding with toys and food which shows he knows hunger.  If you have another dog, we recommend feeding them separately and only supervised time with toys.  Pongo loves to cuddle and chase balls. He has already bonded with his Amazing Foster and she says he follows her all over the backyard without a leash and prefers to stay right by her side. Amazing Grace Bully Rescue is a foster based rescue in the Pensacola, Florida area.  We do not have a physical building. If you would like to meet any of our pups, the first step is to fill out our online application so we can contact you. Pongo is neutered, current shots, rabies vaccine, on slowkill heartworm medication, and has a registered microchip. If you would like to adopt this Amazing dog, please fill out our online adoption application at www.amazinggracebullyrescue.org If you have any questions, please text your question to 850-723-2037.  You may also send a message to our Amazing Grace Bully Rescue Page on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or send an email directly to amazinggracebullyrescue@gmail.com Disclaimer:  We are located in the Pensacola, Florida area and will consider local applicants first, especially with puppies since we use a vet in the local area.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 28, 2024, 1:17 pm
