I may be a tripod, but don't let that fool you-I get around just fine and nothing slows me down! I'm full of energy, but also know how to enjoy a good cuddle session with my favorite humans. I'm super friendly and love hanging out with other dogs, so if you have any furry friends at home, we'll get along great. I'm crate trained, potty trained, and even know how to use a dog door! I also recently completed a basic obedience class! See how much I have to offer my forever family? I'm a pretty smart guy and I love staying active, especially when toys are involved. Whether it's playing tug-of-war, or chewing on a squeaky, I'm always up for fun. I get along well with kids over 8 years old. She’s calm, easygoing, and happiest when she’s lounging by your side. Abbi is wonderful with other dogs and gets along great with her foster brother—she’d make an excellent companion for a laid-back pup or for someone wanting a chill, loving, best friend. Always wagging her tail, Abbi has a happy, loving spirit. One of her cutest quirks is the way she greets you—she likes to walk between your legs because it feels like she’s getting petted. It’s her own little way of saying hello and it will melt your heart every time. Abbi is crate trained, potty trained, and knows basic commands like sit and stay. She’s also very food-motivated, which makes her eager to please (especially if a tasty treat is involved!) Because of her age, Abbi isn’t super active and does move a little slower—she may need a hand getting in and out of the car—but she makes up for it by being the perfect cuddle buddy and loyal companion. Abbie was recently diagnosed with Cushing Disease, which is controlled through daily medication that she will need for the rest of my life. The cost is about $200 per month, which is cheap compared to the amount of love I'm going to give you in return! Abbi is the kind of dog who brings peace and joy just by being around. I enjoy  snuggling and belly rubs, but also love being active. I get the zoomies in the morning and love to race around with my friends. Being able to get my energy out lets me relax the rest of the day. My ideal family would have a friend I could play with to run the yard or dog park with. I am a bit of a goof and enjoy rolling around in cool grassy areas when it’s hot out. II am sweet with kitties and I think kids are great - if they give pets and belly rubs, of course! I’ve yet to meet a dog I didn’t like. I can get a little overly excited at times. Some reinforcement of basic training and leash work would be helpful.
