Story
Hi I’m Arlo! I’m a labradoodle border collie mix and I’m 1 year and 3 months old. I love going to the park and playing with other dogs! I love running and playing fetch and then cuddle up at home! But my owners got new jobs and don’t have as much time to let me get my wiggles out! I want to find a good home that can keep me busy! I come with a crate, bed, dog food storage container, leashes/leads, basket of toys, and recommendations for my favorite sitter! *We are willing to talk about covering his neutering costs*

Story
Meet Blue Raspberry! He is currently almost 25 pounds, 5 months old, and we think he may be a Labradoodle/Schnauzer mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves his life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Blue Raspberry, if you can’t tell from his pictures, is a big soft fluffers. This friendly fluffball loves everyone he meets. The only thing he likes more than meeting new people that will give him pets and attention, is meeting new people that will give him TREATS. (You will see his happy waggy helicopter tail reinforce this, lol.) He is definitely food-motivated, which is a great sign for training. He and his three siblings are all clever puppies and are quick to learn commands like sit and stay. This mellow puppy is calm and patient, and so handsome to boot! His gentle eyes peek out from all that fluff, and his chocolate nose only compliments his chocolate brown/tan fur. Blue Raspberry has a cute white patch on his chin. He also has a white stripe on his chest, on the tips of his back paws, and at the tip of his tail – he is such a handsome boy! Blue Raspberry is very comfortable around other dogs, people, and children. He showed no interest in cats when he was around them, but we can certainly properly cat-test him at a later date. We don’t know what will draw you to adopt Blue Raspberry – will it be his waggy happy helicopter tail, his soft fluffy appearance, or his sweet and loving personality? Blue Raspberry will fit right into your loving home. Blue Raspberry is still young so he will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. His new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $1000 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. Story
Meet Cherry! She is currently 19 pounds, 5 months old, and we think she may be a Labradoodle/Schnauzer mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves his life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Watch Cherry’s video here: https://youtu.be/5XlNaiC3kuY?feature=shared You can tell just by looking at Cherry Slush that she’s a shy, sweet puppy. We can tell you, the way to her heart is TREATS. Keep those treats coming and she will be your best friend. (She needs to put on a few pounds too.) Cherry warms up quickly, because she’s a people-pleaser. She will approach cautiously with tail wagging, just looking for affection and attention. Cherry is great with other dogs (she comes from a litter of 4), and kids of all ages. She showed no interest in the cats that we could tell, but we are happy to cat-test her properly if needed. Cherry is a gorgeous fluffy chocolate colour, with a milk chocolate nose to match. Her floppy ears are irresistible and her golden eyes are so striking. We love the lighter tan fur around her snout, on her chest, and (only slightly) at the back of her head. Cherry is a stunning little fluffball! Cherry found a comfortable ‘home base’ to sit and relax and returned to that base several times just to chill and snooze. She is very mellow and calm, and is the most low-maintenance puppy that we have met! We can see this loyal pup easily assimilating into any loving home. Cherry is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi new friends, Amory here!     I'm a nine-year-old pit mix. I may be considered "older", but you'd never know it when meeting me. I love walks around the neighborhood, car rides, and going to new places...all the things! As long as I'm with my people, I'm happy. I also LOVE to snuggle. Movie time is my favorite, and if I can snuggle up next to you and sleep, I’m in heaven!    I’m crate trained, house trained, and I'm a pro with the doggy door. My foster parents say that after a couple of weeks of adjusting, I'll be just fine left out in my new home while my family is away. I just snuggle up on the couch or a dog bed for a nice nap until my people return.     I’m good with other dogs and really love little dogs. I will even play tug with other dogs or run around the yard to play when they want. I'm pretty content doing whatever the other dogs in the house enjoy! Oh, and did I mention that I love kids? I think they're so fun! My foster mom says I'm too interested in cats and should probably live without them, but otherwise, I'm as close to perfect as they come!    As I mentioned, I’m in great health for my age and like other senior dogs, I just need a joint supplement to keep my body in good shape. If you could give a sweet senior girl a nice, cozy place to retire, a few toys and bones, and so much love, please apply to meet me at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.July 6, 2024, 12:47 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Are you looking for an adventure buddy who is friendly with everyone and everything?! That’s me! I’m Perigee, I’m just over 1 year old and weigh around 35lbs. I'm a beautiful brindle coloring and listed as a lab mix, but it’s really anyone’s guess. But I’m fully grown now and I’m a good medium size dog, perfect for traveling or laying about the house!   I’m a happy go lucky boy and love to play with people and dogs. I’m curious about cats, but typically leave them alone once the cat sets a boundary. I love stuffed toys and playing fetch. I’m good in the house and good in my crate. I have lived with big and little dogs and done fine with both.    I’m great with people and places and new things. I love to go places and while I’m still working on my leash training, I’m enthusiastic and am already pretty good at being the “neutral” dog in most public situations. I’ve done well from trails to stores! I’m great around kids, although I still have a little puppy energy, so I might accidentally knock tiny ones over. My foster thinks I would be an easy dog to take just about anywhere and do anything!   What’s the catch? I take a little more care than the average dog.    I have Mega Espophogis. That means I have to eat in a special chair (or just propped up somewhere, but the special chair helps) because my esophagus doesn't do its job (lazy!) and I need gravity to help make sure my food gets to my stomach - otherwise I will regurgitate (gross and not fun). The chair and the right food (dehydrated food is my fav right now) makes all the difference! I also take a couple of pills daily. My foster says it takes her about 45 minutes for each meal, but about 30 minutes of that is just me taking a nap in my chair while the food settles. She has 2 young kids and so far the feedings have not been a burden, and kids love to help!   I have been with Rescue Rovers since I was a puppy and my medications and feeding routine are very well managed. My foster will happily provide detailed instructions to make the transition easy! See my videos for what it looks like to prep my food and meds.    Do you think you could be the family I've been waiting for? Apply to meet me today at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication! Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi! I'm Spunky-my name says a lot about me, but I am so much more! I have the smallest most darling nose to sniff you with. I have the softest and most alert ears to hear you with. I have the darkest most beautiful brown eyes to see you with and I have the cutest little mouth and tongue to lick you with and give kisses, but the most important of All is I have the Biggest Heart to Love you with! I am a darling unique 1 year old mixed breed poodle that weighs about 14lbs- I should be full grown at this size. I'm confident and I also think I'm charming. I love to play and run around with my foster sis. I get along with all other animals, I just need a slow meet and some sniffing. I might bark at a loud noise or doorbell , but only because it surprised me. I'm leash trained and would love to sleep by my family at night, but I also like my small crate and do well in it. I'm neutered and close to being potty trained. The smaller kids sometimes don't understand I'm still a puppy and I like to "play" bite at times, but with some family training, repetition and love I'm confident I'll be a wonderful Family addition. I know some people think puppies are to darn hard to raise, but just like all people are different so are us pups. I can't tell you things will go perfect all the time because they don't, but I can make you this promise- if you give me a chance to be a part of your loving family I'll make you laugh, smile and love more than you ever have! So if you're interested in love and happiness just go to Rescue Rover's site and fill out an application to meet me, Spunky. I'm waiting excitedly to meet my new Family!
