Story
Jet is a very loving dog. He loves your attention and will make a great emotional companion. He loves to run, be outside and cuddle. He is house trained, but loves to run when he can. He gets excited around other dogs, but has never got into any serious altercation. He’s never bitten anyone, and is very tolerant of children. He would match perfect for someone who can give him walks and attention.

Story
If you’re looking for a dog who will adore you with his whole heart and always look at your with heart-filled eyes, Bourbon is your guy! The fact that he is gorgeous on top of that makes him quiet the catch. Bourbon is in a dedicated and loving foster home while he waits for his adoption day. This is a key detail because while Bourbon learns all about the rhythm and rules of home life, his foster gets a front row seat to his personality, quirks and love language. His foster has nothing but praise for him, describing him as a lovebug, while also sharing “he is kind and intuitive and deeply connects to his people. “ Her favorite thing about him being how he just *knows* when you need a little extra love. Bourbon’s love language? Touch. He’ll nudge your arm with his head just to get closer, rest his face on your lap while you work, and gaze at you with those warm eyes to remind you he loves you. Hugs, kisses, belly rubs—he *lives* for them. From looking at him you could almost guess this- although his company and personality are low-maintenance, he does enjoy the “finer things” in life: a good bath, a fresh haircut, a sunny spot to nap in (preferably with you nearby). The last time I spent time with him he smelled absolutely decadent! With your help he will happily be primped and pampered as much as you’d like and the groomer will always be happy to see him coming. He has great leash manners, keeping an easy pace on walks, he loves car rides- favorite destination being a coffee shop that offers pup cups, and he is both house and crate trained! His foster shared that he happily settles into his kennel when its time to relax. Dream boy! Bourbon has a playful side too—he’ll zoom around when excited, do happy dances before heading outside, and stretch out on his back for a good wiggle. With other dogs, Bourbon is polite and calm, while clearly showing he is more of a people dog. He could easily live with other dogs but they won’t be his focus. Same goes for cats, he is polite and respectfully cautious which translates into him being cat-tolerant. Because of his size and excitement, he’d do best in a home with older kids who will enjoy his bursts of energy. A yard to do that in isn’t necessary but would be ideal. His quiet nature and ease on a leash make him a great candidate for apartment life as long as he gets to enjoy regular outings and adventures for his mental stimulation and physical health. If you want a dog who will be your biggest fan, cuddle buddy, and loyal companion, Bourbon is waiting for you. Questions? Email katiak@threelittlepittiesrescue.org Ready to make the first move? Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress!  Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet.  The rescue’s hard costs alone (excluding transport) for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,368. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the adoption fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. Transport is a significant additional expense to the rescue.  While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that the rescue does not receive government funding and must fundraise to offset the remaining expense balance which ranges $100-1,000++ per animal on these direct costs. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family  Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions  70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription Coupons for a fun visit to Petco 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer  Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Story
Oddie is such a sweet dog that just wants love and attention. He was a family members dog that abandoned him and I just don’t have the time to give him what he deserves. He has a lot of energy. He gets matted very quickly so keeping his hair short is needed. He was with another family from when he was a puppy until he was about a year and a half and was with my family member for approximately a year and a half so I’m guessing he is 3 and a half years old. His first family had a lot of small children that would hang all over him and he was great about it. He has never been aggressive since I have known him I don’t think he has a mean bone in his body just a huge heart! When I put him in his kennel every night I pet his face and he just leans into my hand it’s the cutest thing ever. He would be good for a runner!

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet your best buddy, me! I'm Perigee and I'm close to 2 years old and weigh around 40 lbs. I have beautiful brindle coloring and am listed as a lab mix, but it’s really anyone’s guess. I’m fully grown  and I’m a good medium size dog, perfect for traveling, playing, cuddling or laying about the house!   My foster mom says my best quality is how calm and sweet I am with people and kids. I live with two kids at the moment, one of which gives me lots of hugs and throws my favorite squeaky toy for me. I'm friendly to everyone and not timid. I like other dogs and love to play. I also live with a cat and am on my best behavior with him.    I’m fantastic at outings as I’m not reactive, walk well on my harness, and do well in most environments. I'm curious about the world and love seeing new things. I’m also a pro at car rides and sit politely while watching the world go by. I love being with you wherever you are and just want to be your buddy. If you do need to leave me at home I'm fine in my crate until you come back.   I’m 100% great in the house, never have any accidents. I am on the lookout for any spare food but can be content with my favorite toys instead.  I love small tuffed toys that squeak and playing fetch. I sleep well in my crate at night and while you are away. My foster thinks I would be an easy dog to take just about anywhere and do anything!   What’s the catch? I take a little more care than the average dog.    I have Mega Espophogis. That means I have to eat in a special chair (or just propped up somewhere, but the special chair helps) because my esophagus doesn't do it's job (lazy!) and I need gravity to help make sure my food gets to my stomach - otherwise I will regurgitate. The chair and the right food (dehydrated food is my fav right now) makes all the difference! I also take a couple of pills daily. My foster says it takes her about 45 minutes for each meal, but about 30 minutes of that is just me taking a nap in my chair while the food settles. She has 2 young kids and so far the feedings have not been a burden, and kids love to help!   I have been with Rescue Rovers since I was a puppy and my medications and feeding routine are very well managed. My foster will happily provide detailed instructions to make the transition easy, and I come with my chair and other supplies.    Do you think you could be the buddy I've been waiting for? Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi there! My name is Rae and I’m a 3 year old "lab mix". I'm a beautiful girl with flawless eyeliner and contour - not to mention my gorgeous golden-red coat. I weigh about 40lbs and consider myself to be at my ideal weight. I have a look like a mini-boxer...sort of? Honestly, there's probably all kinds of things mixed up in me! And you know, mutts make the best dogs!   I am a timid and shy lady. I am so happy in my foster home - the people here are great! It's time for me to find a forever family, now. I will be shy at first, but I will learn to love you lots with a little time! A training course would definitely help us bond. I am already potty trained and crate trained, so you know I’m a smart girl! I'm also great off leash with my foster mom, but that will take time to work up to in a new home. We take walks and I get to run and play in the stream - I love that! I really like to swim, too! I also love wrestling and playing with my doggie friends!   At home, I love to look out the front window at all the things going on. I don't bark or get worked up, I just like to look out at the world. I'm a very good snuggler, once we're bonded! I'll keep you warm at night and make sure you're never lonely <3   If you think you could be the family for me, apply to meet me today at https://bit.ly/RRAdoptionApplication     Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 4:51 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, my name is Kelly Belly, but you can just call me Kelly! I’m a little over a year old and I’m here to tell you all about why I think we’d make the best team. I’m a super sweet boy with a BIG need for hugs—if you're into snuggles, I’m your guy! I hardly ever bark, so I’m not one of those loud dogs who’s going to make a ruckus. But don’t worry, when I do speak, it’s usually just to say hello to someone I’m excited to see! I’m also potty trained, so no accidents here! And I get along great with my foster brother and sister, even though I still have some of that puppy energy. I might be a little rowdy at times, but I listen really well when you show me what’s okay and what’s not. One of my favorite things about me? My hair. It’s like sunshine on a perfect day—orange, white, and absolutely radiant! And it’s so soft, like freshly bathed fur, but don’t worry, I don’t shed much at all. So if you’re looking for a snuggle buddy, a fun companion, and a dog who’s ready to share lots of love (and hugs!), I think we’re a perfect match. Come meet me, and I’ll show you just how sweet life with Kelly Belly can be!
