Story
Nash is a good boy. He loves everyone. He’s a year old so he still has that puppy energy. He’s not a barker when inside. He loves to go on walks. He needs a home where he has more freedom to roam. I had to move my elderly mother into my home and she is not good on her feet so Nash spends too much time either in his crate or in my partially finished basement. I have very small dogs and he has never shown any aggression towards them. He needs more attention than I can give him. He is up to date with his shots and is fixed.

Story
We adopted Blue from an acquaintance who, after moving across the country with 12 dogs, needed to rehome her before returning. Blue is a sweet dog with a great temperament, and we were told she had no behavioral issues. However, after a week, we noticed she likely had never lived indoors and lacked proper training, except for being housebroken. She has since learned manners, like staying off counters, but continues to eat anything, including inanimate objects. After insuring Blue, we discovered she had mammary tumors. Two weeks later, she obstructed her bowels by ingesting our other dog’s toys, costing us $7,000 out-of-pocket, even with insurance, to save her life. We then had her spayed and biopsied for tumors, which weren’t covered due to being pre-existing conditions, costing an additional $2,000. This led to some resentment early in our relationship. Now, after three years, Blue requires more care than we can provide. She needs constant supervision to prevent her from eating.
