Story
Liesel is a sweet girl with loads of energy. She likes walks, but needs a fenced yard to run and fetch as well. She is dog reactive and when she came to us we were told she does not like other dogs, but that isn't true. She is just dog selective and has spent time with six different dogs while in our care and has done very well. Introducing the dogs in a proper manner is crucial to successfully getting Liesel to accept a new canine friend. She gets very excited when you first come home or greet her and will tend to jump to say HI, but once things get calm, she calms down as well. She has had some training sessions with 3 different trainers and knows some commands. Liesel has calmed down slightly since coming to us, but she will always be a bit high strung and her adopter must understand and accept that. it is just part of who she is. Liesel loves people, both children and adults, and just needs someone to love her for the dog she is. She wants to please and will be loyal and loving forever, if given the chance..

Story
Dewey is a handsome 4 year old, half labradoodle/half golden retriever. He is neutered and up to date on all shots. Dewey is loving and playful and is moderate energy but does have moments of higher energy. He is obedience trained and knows the normal commands. He would do best with a fenced in yard. He is good with kids and currently lives with our 2 year old and 3 year old kids. He gets along with most dogs, especially those he is familiar with. Dewey is potty and crate trained. Dewey is very loved, but because of job changes we can no longer give him the attention he needs and we feel it would be best to rehome him so he can have the life he deserves. Check out that handsome face! Bob is a sweet, happy-go-lucky guy ready to get out of the shelter and find his furever family. Bob came to us as a stray, very nervous and stressed. Bob can still be nervous with strangers, but with a little bit of patience and yummy treats he will warm right up. Bob needs a home without cats or other small animals, but he does great with other dogs! Bob is potty trained, and already knows some basic skills like "sit" and "shake". If you have other dogs in your home, we recommend bringing them in to do a meet and greet before taking Bob home.
