Story
This spirited pup is thriving in his foster home, where he’s shown a wonderful blend of playfulness and independence. Currently perfecting his leash skills, he would flourish in a fenced yard where he can explore. He’s kennel trained and sleeps outside at night, enjoying the company of the three other dogs in his household while also being able to entertain himself. Although he hasn’t been tested with cats or kids, his friendly nature suggests he could adapt well. A water enthusiast, he bravely tackled his first bath and is now ready to find his forever family for endless adventures and affection! Ryder is a Black Labl/mix who was was born approximately 8-6-23 and weighs 45 lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, dewormed, tested heartworm negative and started on heartworm prevention. Story
Daphne is a charming black lab mix who thrives on affection and companionship, always ready to shower her people with love and receive plenty of hugs in return. This sweet girl is an active, playful pup who enjoys chasing birds in the backyard, playing ball, and going on walks or runs. When it’s time to relax, Daphne is just as content snuggling on the couch or chewing on her favorite Nylabone. She’s great with kids, especially the two active boys (ages 8 and 10) in her foster home, and has the potential to be an excellent family dog. Daphne is eager to please and has shown quick progress with basic obedience training. Though she’s curious about other dogs, she hasn’t had the chance for a playdate yet, but with her loving nature, she’s sure to get along with other pets in the right environment. Daphne is crate trained but would happily share a bed if invited. She would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and would prefer to do her business there rather than on walks. While Daphne is a little apprehensive around some women and can be a bit nervous with quick movements. She’s a wonderful, loyal companion who’s ready to find her forever family. Daphne is a female Retriever/mix who was was born approximately 10-16-20 and weighs 65 lbs.
