Story
Ember is a very energetic and fun medium sized pup (55lbs). She's young (1-2yrs) and vibrant and looking for a home where she can participate in family activities like hikes and walks and Netflix nights. She's as good of a snuggler as she is a jogging companion. Her fur is soft and fluffy and she is lower shedding but we CANNOT guarantee hypoallergenic. She is strong and requires a fit owner who can handle a large and active pup. She did have some matting that resulted in dry skin (hence the shaved spot) that was exmained by a vet who performed a skin scraping to ensure there was no mange or underlying condition (test results were negative). She should be kept on a high quality kibble with fish oil supplements. Ember is located in Houston TX and can be picked up there or we can discuss transport options. Her fee is $850. Ollie is a 4 yr old, medium sized, lanky goldendoodle boy. He's very sweet, fun, and happy-go-lucky. He loves all people and has never met a stranger! He's housetrained, knows a few tricks and is just the perfect dog! He gets along well with other dogs and with children of all ages but hasn't been around cats. Ollie can't wait to be your new best friend! Story
Scooter was rehomed from a family out of state. He is a loving dog who loves to play. He is a little over a year and still learning his size, weighs 65lbs. He did not have much exposure as a pup, and needs a relaxed environment. He can have a lot of energy, and would need a yard. He loves to play, and cuddle. He can bark at strange noises and when he wants attention. However, is usually quiet in the crate unless he whines to signal that he needs to go. He would do best as an only dog and adult-only or no-children household. And since he is still learning his size, he may be best suited for an experienced adopter. He has a crate, toys, and food to take to a new home.

Story
Full transparency, Walter is a high needs dog with a bite history. He has bitten both owners, our child (1year old) and one guest. Walter is a 4 year old labradoodle purchased from a breeder as a puppy. He is sweet (most of the time), loves walks, chasing after a ball, seek and find games, and seek and destroy games. His high needs: -highly anxious. Loud noises, new people, etc. -resource guarding -reactive -sensitive to grooming (both professional and owner) -barks for attention -jumps when greeting -needs regimen/ schedule and lots of exercise for best behavior He knows all basic commands: sit, stay, down, roll, shake, come He loves kongs, destroying cardboard boxes, squeaky toys, walks and car rides. We are very sad to rehome him but cannot give him the attention he needs and do not want to live in fear he will bite our young child again. Most of his behavior is predictable if you are able to read his body language.

Bono- could be 3 to 5 year old Flat-coated Labradoodle-- he sure has that happy-go-lucky doodle personality!! He does shed- so we really aren't sure. He was in an over-crowded shelter in Wichita, Kansas when I first learned about him. So far he is doing GREAT in temp foster care-- playful with the other dogs, ok with the cats, but great with kids. We would like to find him a happy-go-lucky super fun outgoing family in the Chicago area that could help with his spunky personality. Bono would benefit from daily walks and he absolutely needs a fenced in yard. If you have a fun playful dog in need of a buddy, Bono might be the dog you need!! I am looking for an active human I can hang out with on walks, runs and  jogs . My name is Violet and I will be 1 year old in May. I am approx 40 lbs. and I should not get any bigger. I was adopted last year at 12 weeks of age; however, my family can no longer keep me. I am told that I play too rough with the family’s 7-year-old child.  Therefore, I think I would be better off in a home with no children. I am still very much a puppy at heart. I have lots of energy at times. Wouldn't it be great if I could find an active family that could keep me physically and mentally stimulated? Maybe a jogger? I must always be on a leash for walks or I must have a secure fenced in yard. I can jump a 3 ½ Ft. fence so a taller fence would be needed. I am housebroken and I am a really a  good girl. My previous owner worked out of her home so I was not alone much, and I am looking for a similar home where someone is home more. However, when you are gone I can free roam without getting into things. I love to frolic and chase, so an active home with no children, or older children would be perfect for me. I am looking for an adult human to call my own.  I am up to date on all my vaccines, spayed and microchipped. My adoption fee is $100. I am located in Crown Point, Indiana ##2311372##
