Story
Sunny is a 12 year old male Miniature Poodle weighing 10 pounds. He was surrendered by his owner due to her poor health. This beautiful little boy was obviously loved all his life. He is quite the cuddle bug, and loves to come with you wherever you go. Although his eyesight is impaired, he can still hear extremely well, yipping from the bedroom when he’s slept in but hears me putting food in the dog dishes! He is house trained and used to being let out to potty. He likes his walks, just not too far or too fast. He is friendly with the other dogs in the house, but prefers being next to you wherever you are. Sunny is currently being fostered in North Carolina and can travel to his forever home. Story
Teddy is a special 2-3 year old, 32 lb. Poodle - Bichon Frise’ mix boy. He has a beautiful soft white coat and bright blue eyes. Teddy came to us from a hoarder, where he lived in a cage. As a result, his muscle mass is underdeveloped. This lack of strength means Teddy cannot jump up onto furniture like a sofa or chair at this time. In addition, Teddy is deaf and has limited vision. He can’t be “called” and sometimes requires a lift from his human to get him to where he needs to be, and to understand what’s being asked of him. Teddy is on a light diet, with a goal weight of 28 lbs. This sweet boy is learning to live out of the cage, to navigate his environment, and is getting stronger every day.Teddy is a very friendly dog who loves to cuddle. He is a playful puppy, tossing around his stuffed toys, and playing tug! Teddy will be fine with calm older dogs and gentle children. He loves being outside, going for short walks, and would do best with a fenced yard. Teddy is in Florida. Please visit our main site for more information or to apply to adopt.

Story
We found this lab as a puppy in the woods covered in ticks and skin and bones. We think he was not sold as a puppy for Christmas and was dumped in the woods. We trained him on basic commands(sit, stay, off, and down) he may need some retraining as we have not been consistent. We got him when we had 2 young kids and he has been great with them. We now have 2 more kids and when we brought the new baby home he has been growling at the baby. He is not aggressive and has never bit any of our kids but it does worry us. We are busier than ever with the 4 kids and we sadly don’t have the time to play and be with Sam as a lab he loves to run and fetch. We want him to have the best life and we have noticed he seems sad in the past year since we are so busy. I looked all over we won’t give him to the pound and this looks to be the best place for responsible owners. This was a tough choice to rehome Sam and we want him to be happy so looking for owner to let him have his best life!
