Hi there! My name is Wally, or Wall-E, which ever you prefer!I am a medium sized senior golden retriever/poodle mix, aged at 10 years old, and I am just looking for a soft place to land. I came to the shelter in mid-February when I was found as a stray and brought to the shelter. I was scared, matted, and had very bad teeth. Now I am ready to find my furever and sleep on a couch of my own. Since I was a stray, my friends here do not know how I am with kids, dogs, or cats, so it's best to bring all human and canine members of the household by to meet me before I come home. Whether shes laying quietly around you while you relax or happily greeting you at the door, she brings so much warmth and comfort to a home. Cookie is a really good dog&well-behaved, affectionate, and has a calm spirit. She loves her routines, enjoys her walks, and is just as happy cuddling up and relaxing. She has so much love to give and deserves someone who has the time to fully enjoy everything that makes her special. This has been an incredibly hard decision for me, but with my busy work schedule,not able to give Cookie the time and attention she truly deserves. She means so much to me, and my only goal is to find her a safe, loving home where she can be happy and cared for.
